Amazing!

Very clean and quiet hotel. Even though they were fully booked for a concert it was so quiet and the elevators were ready to go, no waiting. Underground parking garage connects to the elevators which is awesome when coming and going. Staff is friendly and the hotel is in a perfect location!

The room was nice. I went to the hotel physically to check it out before booking and the lady at the reception said that she would give me free parking. I made the booking through Expedia and confirmed it right in front of her. The next day the manager on duty very curtly said that I had to pay $32 a day for parking. We asked for towels and three times before someone brought them to our room and it took over an hour. Breakfast was below average. Cold boiled eggs and cold deli meat. Dry croissants.

We were booked to stay 1 evening. Once we returned from our outing, and were heading to bed, we heard a dog barking, someone left him alone- that’s another story that I will not get into- but it was quite disruptive as you can imagine. I went down to the reception desk where the lady (wish I got her name) was extremely helpful. She relocated us to a different floor where there was quiet. The hotel itself is quite nice, newly renovated and the beds are very comfy. Definitely would recommend!

Everything was fine for the most part. For it almost being $500 was hoping for the breakfast to have a little more options. Unfortunately heard all the loud music from the bars outside till very late into the night. One of the coffee utensil/mixer package was already open so we had a used one. Bed was nice but overall with the money was hoping for it to be nicer overall. Staff was great though
