1 night stay in Derry which just isnât long enough! Excellent staff on check in and when we came back at midnight and needed letting in. The guy in the evening was so lovely and friendly. The receptionist was so helpful and knowledgeable. Overall loved our stay.
Difficult to find, post code not exact to position of hotel. Parking was not convenient only drop off facilities, car park a little distance away. Dinner and breakfast very good.
The staff were so pleasant & helpful, & the room had all the facilities we needed & the bed was really comfortable . The leisure & spa was super . The restaurant served delicious food . I have only one tiny complaint , i would have liked the buffet breakfast to be hotter . Other than that , a super hotel & i would recommend it , i shall be back again .
Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very luxurious.
The only negative i would have was about breakfast
Plenty of choice but the buffet was over cooked greasy and Luke warm.
Booked this trip for my wifeâs birthday after hearing so many good things. Turns out they were correct! From the moment we walked in itâs was perfect, the hotel was stunning, the staff are absolute perfection particularly Gerry the concierge the main receptionist (I have forgot her name, young lady blonde hair and glasses, she was super friendly and welcoming made check in a breeze! And stella at the spa reception. Amazing and again, super patient and friendly.
And the hotel itself is amazing, so modern and timeless. And the scent as well, so fresh and relaxing the moment you walk in. Already booking another stay for our wedding anniversary.
From the minute we arrived we could tell we would like the hotel. The property was very clean, well maintained and smelt lovely. Every member of staff that we encountered where very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Convenient walk across the bridge to the shops, bars and restaurants but we ate in the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner and enjoyed them all. Parking was very convenient behind the hotel costing only ÂŁ6 for overnight. The spa area was compact but has everything you need for a refreshing pick me up. This was our first visit to this hotel and will definitely return.
Received a very warm welcome at the door with bags taken to the room and incredibly friendly staff. Can't fault the hotel at all - although getting the keycard to work on the lift took a couple of tries on some occasions.
Didn't get a chance on this occasion to try the spa but the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It's also a perfect location to explore the city with just a short walk across the peace bridge leaving you at the Guildhall.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ebrington hotel . We made use of the spa and enjoyed a gorgeous meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent and the young lady that checked us in made us feel very welcome
