As a small, local business that is focused on guest experience, we are unique in that we not only own and manage all of our vacation rentals, but we have also built or remodeled each one.

The house is very well supplied. From Kitchen appliances to beach supplies it's all there. There's room for everyone and the beach is just a few steps out the back door. Best VRBO Experience EVER!

From start to finish the booking was easy, the host communicative making sure we always felt welcome and answered all questions. The property as beyond all! This house has it all for the pickiest traveler. Attention to detail making sure we never had to “hunt” for anything. The game room is incredible, the arcade machine over the top, pool table, pong pong, clamming gear, outdoor games, every video game system known! Each bedroom had amazingly comfortable beds, views of the ocean off every balcony, a hot tub, so much more. We will be returning OFTEN. 4 days is not enough. Must not miss property!

Ladies birthday trip

What a wonderful home with great views. We watched the huge waves from the storm from both upstairs windows! We all thoroughly enjoyed your home and would definitely recommend it to everyone. Two great masters and the 6 bedrooms worked so well for us....everyone had their own bed!! Very clean and we loved all the labels where everything goes! AND the game work was so surprising! We've never seen so many games in one place! Wonderful, beautiful house and will definitely stay again. Thank you!

A wonderful property!

This home was perfect for our framily group (preschool-40 yr olds). Beds for all. Also, the beds are incredible! One member of our party said it's the best sleep they've had on vacation. The kitchen is STOCKED! And labeled! Waffle and icecream maker! The grass is soft, the beach was fun and not crowded, and outdoor showers helped to keep the sand to a minimum

Fantastic Weekend

This property was absolutely beautiful, and my friends/family couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was conveniently located close to town and the beach. AWESOME beach house

This house is incredible for families (or large groups of friends). Two incredible master suites. Generous sleeping arrangements with plenty of super comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you'll need (and then some). Indoor and outdoor game rooms were the icing on the cake. Do yourself a favor and stay at this beach house!

Ocean Trail, an Exceptional Property

The title above says it all. This is absolutely the best, by far, short term rental we have stayed in. The kitchen was fully equipped, there were hundreds of games and puzzles provided for all abilities, plus a pool table, ping pong table and numerous outside activities. The beds were comfortable and numerous. The house itself is gorgeous with an unobstructed ocean view. There is a short path through the sand grass to the beach. We saw bald eagles, a coyote, and a deer from the house. Toby is the commensurate host. We, as a family of three generations, will definitely visit Ocean Trail again.
