Our home is situated on a lake. We have a two kayaks and a rowboat, with oars and life jackets.

Bi-level, fully furnished, two decks, large backyard, swing, firepit, BBQ grill, sauna and more. Fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, Netflix/Prime/Hulu, board games, etc. Great for couples, families and friends.

Ray is a great host. Quickly gets back with emails. This was our second time renting and we love this property. So peaceful and relaxing. Breakfasts on the dock are our favorites. The visits from the deer family also a highlight. We will be returning.

We spent an extended weekend at this property. It presented exactly as advertised. The fact that linens were provided saved a lot of packing on our part. The property was impeccably clean. The view was excellent. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. My daughter was attending a convention at Kalahari which was within 15 minutes of the property. I suspect we will return for next year's convention.

Great quiet getaway!

Great spot on a lake. We worked from here, the internet was great! AC’s were great and very quiet! We were entertained by deer and ground hogs in the backyard. The lake toys were convenient and easy to use. Enjoyed having spices and condiments in the fridge along with plenty of toiletries around in case we forgot something. Felt very private and in a quiet part of town. Everything is about 15 mins away. Grill was a nice addition! We went for a few nice walks around the neighborhood. Be sure to check out the park the next lake over! Ray was a great host, hope we can get back here one day!

Nice Getaway For Smaller Family

We enjoyed our stay here with spectacular weather. Beautiful rear yard flowing down to the lake, dock, and additional deck with picnic table adjacent to the dock. Very private and quiet...on one side of the property there is no other house, just a wooded area with trees and water. Nice deck off the living room with a gas firepit that we used each night. I would recommend this property for a smaller group.

In one word disappointing

1. The house wasn't ready for us until 6pm which made us change our dinner plans 2. There was no guests book with information about the house and or the surrounding area 3. The furniture had these over sized blankets thrown over it in an i don't care fashion 4. The outdoor deck furniture had no cushion than we were told by the owner to put them out and bring them in to protect them from the weather and animals. What? 5. The BQ grill filthiest 6. The outdoor fireplace was not working 7. Furniture and umbrella on the dock at the water was nock over laying on the deck that had boards that needed screwing down and a well needed paint job 8 . There was only 1 garbage bag with no instructions on how to treat or where to put the garbage 9a . Finally the downstairs shower while looking new a great didn't work and had a broken knob What started out a great idea turned into a over priced stay at a poorly investment property for the money it was shameful and sinful for the owners to take that much money for what they gave unless they clean up their act remove them from you site

Great location!

We had a wonderful week. Besides days spent relaxing and fishing, the location is less than an hour from several great activities like the Claws & Paws zoo, Railbiking and Bushkill Falls. The outlet shops are only 15ish minutes away too. There is a basket with pamphlets and info about a few things in the area, plus the hosts are ready to assist with any questions. There were a few hot days and the A/C works wonderfully. Plenty of room for us, comfy beds. Definitely recommend!

Serene location

Cozy rental. Perfect for the 4 of us. Loved eating breakfast and dinners on the dock with the picnic table. Enjoyed the kayaks and boats. So peaceful and private. Close to hiking and Jim Thorpe. Will return.

Girlfriends Getaway

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at this charming and secluded 2 story house. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with four stools and a separate table. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all open to each other. The downstairs bathroom is updated. The outdoor deck has a sectional couch and propane fire pit. There is a walkway that leads to the dock and the dock was a wooden picnic table and chairs. The lake is on the smaller side, but fine for Kayacking and paddle boards. I would not recommend swimming in this lake. A very peaceful setting.

Nice bungalow for a stay in the area.

This was a nice place for my wife and I to stay in the Poconos. The location was centralized and was great to go to multiple sites in the area. The house was clean and suitable for us and the patio and dock area was really nice. The gas firepit and umbrella on the porch was cozy. Master bedroom was roomy and comfortable. We would stay again!

Peaceful long weekend

My daughter and I needed a break from the hustle of work. Ray, the Host, was so gracious from start to finish. The house was clean and comfortable. We fished off the dock and went kayaking. We will be back again!!

Great Getaway

We loved our stay! The host responded quickly to answer any of my questions. The house and lake were lovely! We enjoyed kayaking and fishing all week. My sons were thrilled about catching a few bass each day along with some pickerel and perch. We would love to come back again!

Great rental in the Poconos

We stayed here for 4 nights in the summer and loved our time at this rental home. We really loved the dock on the lake and had the best time using the various kayaks and boats. This was exactly what I was looking for when booking a summer pocono rental for my family!! The yard was so pretty - it’s clear the owner has taken great care to make it a place to enjoy. We even saw some deer up close. The home is even nicer than in the photos - everything was very clean, updated bathrooms/kitchen, the fire pit on the deck was perfect with grill, all amenities you need for your stay, plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc etc. The master bedroom with loft was a nice space. The community was nice. The only thing to mention was that if you want to use the community center or pools (indoor or outdoor), they charge $20/person per day. If you’re staying several days, it may be worth paying the $30/person for a 3-day pass instead. The one day we were there it rained and in hindsight, going to the indoor pool may have been a good choice, although we enjoyed watching Netflix and hanging out. There is also a small beach on one of the lakes with a playground that was free to use. There are a lot of things to do nearby and we enjoyed going to Hickory State Park/Boulder Field (abt 30 min drive) and on our last day after we checked out we headed to Bushkill Falls (abt 45 min drive). This was a great summer trip for us! Thanks!!

Pleasant and peaceful stay

Our family enjoyed the property, the lakefront, and the proximity to the waterparks and other Poconos attractions. The walk out the back door down to the pier every morning was great!

Relaxing Visit With Canoeing and Kayaking

This is a quiet neighborhood (great for long walks), and the house was perfect. The owner was so accommodating answering questions throughout the process and during our stay. We mostly stayed home and used the canoe and kayaks throughout the day because that was the big draw for our 11 year old grandson. The 7 acre pond is beautiful, and he especially enjoyed seeing the turtles and other wildlife. But there are water parks and other attractions nearby. The restaurants and carryout places recommended by the owner were perfect. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful time!

My family really enjoyed our stay- kayaking, boating, nights on the deck with the fire-pit. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had & graciously allowed us to check in early & check out later. Would definitely recommend renting this house.

Perfect Labor Day

This property was just as advertised and the stay was even better than we could have anticipated! The hosts were incredibly generous, communicative and accommodating! The private dock with the boats was absolutely perfect and the kids loved the quiet water. Plenty of wildlife showed up right at the back deck, which also kept the kids occupied. The house came with everything we needed and the hosts went out of there way to make sure we had anything we could want, as well. Absolutely perfect stay!
