This three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit is 2,200 square feet and steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Guests will enjoy a secluded beach, heated community pool, private balconies, community hot tub and secure access. The unit is recently renovated and located across the street from a public park, a convenience store, two restaurants and a bicycle shop. The Villas of Avignon is an eight-unit complex is less than ten miles from shopping, dining, and entertainment of St. Armand's Circle and less than 15 miles from downtown Sarasota.

Huge HOMEY 2 level Condo
..the beach is right there, no need to park a car

premade food.ALL are across the street from condo. Only 8 condos there. Everyone is happy and friendly

Roomy with all you need for your stay at the beach

We plan to go back yearly if available!! Roomy, close to the beach, owner was pleasant, helpful and shared many accessories (beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes . . .) to make your stay pleasant. For rental property, the unit was clean. We had no issues.

The small size of this 8 unit complex and its location on the beach make it a rare find. Condo well equipped with everything you need for the beach plus bikes ! Owner very quick to respond and accommodating to needs identified.

Great Return to LBK

We had a great couple of weeks at the condo. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. Great kitchen for making meals together. Having the beach in our backyard was fabulous - Easy to go to and from during the day. Condo was wonderfully situated in the middle of the Key, making it easy to get to AMI and St. Armands. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. Lots and Lots of pool and beach equipment. Nice and quiet and the beach and pool was never crowded. Loved that there were a few restaurants and convenience store within walking distance since there aren't many on Longboat Key. Would love to come back.

Perfect condo for our family!

Our trip was amazing! Beach was very close to condo. We drove into Sarasota to do some parasailing and kayaking. We never got bored! Longboat is very low key, it felt as though we had the beach to ourselves. I would recommend that the pool be open later than 8pm for the kids to take a dip and cool off after a long day of activities. Also some of the outlets do not work in the condo. Overall it’s a great experience and I would definitely go back!!

Great accommodation, which requires some improvements.

This is very comfortable wonderfully located property: 1. Spacious common area. 2. Good size kitchen. 3. 2 minutes walk from the privet beach with beach chairs and loan chairs. 4. Walking distance from the park, restaurants. 5. Beach towels and everything, required for comfortable rest, provided. However: 1. Guest bedroom and bathroom lacks night stand and drawers to keep stuff. 2. Kitchen utensils are not sufficient: there not enough pots and pans 3. Water in the sink and toilet bowl in master bedroom is running too slow. It does not spoil the quality of the property for one family to vacation. All in all we recomend this property for great vacations.

Had a nice stay. A few problems with the unit that were eventually addressed when they could get a repairman in for the refrigerator/freezer that was not working for 5 days and the dryer as well. Also had several electrical outlets that took time to get someone in to repair.

Longboat Key in February

This condo is in a very nice region of Longboat key. Very close to parks and restaurants. Beach is very nice and was never crowded. Being a such a small complex was a nice change.
