This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.

You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.

This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. Great view and super convenient access to the beach! The condo was clean and cozy, and the balcony was a nice space to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. The only real draw back was the occasional drawn out and loud conversations from the neighbors above. Stand still traffic going north from the condo beginning at the bridge at Longboat Key Pass towards Bradenton was annoying. We made it up that way one evening and on to Anna Marie but then turned around on two other occasions. St. Armands Key circle area to the south was nice, but super crowded. There’s a Publix grocery store close by to pick up the essentials and plenty of local restaurants close by to enjoy a nice dinner, our favorite being Mar Vista Dockside. The host was nice and communicated a couple times that week by text just to check in to see if we needed anything.

Jim is a fantastic host. He's a great communicator, from the time of booking to questions we had during our stay. He provided us with an informational packet that was very helpful. We loved the view, the quiet beach and the location. And the new king bed was so comfy! We can't wait to go back to again.

Had a great relaxing time with family. The property is right on a beautiful beach which is crowd free and clean. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas available for use. Please be aware that the location is at least 20 mins away from the restaurants and shops. But that is also the reason you can have a great time away with your loved ones without disturbances.

With the exception of the weather, which cannot be controlled, it was a very nice getaway. The unit was comfortable and offered all the amenities needed for our stay. Our host could not have been anymore attentive to any issue that was encountered of which there was only the initial operation of the TV and coasters to put glasses on so as not to damage furniture.

Being regulars to the area for years, even spending our honeymoon in Longboat Key, 27 years ago, we already had a love for the area. But I must say that after finding this property, this will be our new go to spot for the next 27 years. A beautiful view to wake up to each day being right on the ocean front with not only clean accommodations, but tastefully decorated and fully stocked with all the essentials. Jim, the property owner was a delight to talk to and was more than accommodating to all of our questions and needs. A must see property with all that its cracked up to be. No filler, all thriller! Clean condo & Responsive Owner

A week in paradise
