Nice Stay but No Sleep(Kids) above me

Cistomer service was excellent. This hotel is going theough remodeling, but yhe room was nice as well as the amenities. What bothered me was I was directly underneath rooms that had children running around and stomping all night.

Fair Hotel Experience

Everything was great in our room. The only negative things were the loud noises from their remodeling when we went to eat their breakfast and the dirty, smudged wall in the elevator.

Room was just okay, people above were fighting the first night from about 1 am to 2 am and second night from 1:30 am to 3:30 am, I should have called the desk when I talked to them in the morning other quest had complained so not sure why the noise went on so long. I addressed the mold in the bathroom about 4 x 2 inches and they said it comes and goes ? mold does not go away on its own. The staff was nice and the gym was clean and nice. Breakfast was okay and was included with room price, the room could use a few touch ups paint ect. Would probably try a different place next time.I cant blame the fighting on the motel workers but it should have been handled sooner,

We like the location. 1. The floors in the room were nice much better than carpet. 2. Breakfast was okay. 3. The side doors don't work. Handles need replacing and key card scanners don't work. 4. People don't pick up after their pets. 5. Charged $100 for our 2 small dogs. 6. Pillows were hard. 7. Loud hallway and can hear the traffic. 8. The staff are friendly.

Average Hotel but great for what it was meant for.

The Hotel itself was in a good location. The room was a bit old as the restroom took many times to flush as the water quality was very poor. Beds were good but pillows were meh. TV went out the most of the time as it was satellite TV. Other than that overall had no major issues staff was nice and Longview Texas had a lot of stuff like restaurants and such so that was a plus.
