When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk to check me in. There were 3 men sitting at the computer kiosk and yelled for the lady to come help me. When she approached me, she was wearing house shoes. She said she was in the back making dinner for her family.
Our room smelled old and musty. The shower handle was loose from the wall and had hardly any water pressure. The bathroom sink faucet was also loose.
We went to breakfast the next morning around 8 there were no eggs or napkins. I saw the lady in the back room standing by the microwave on her phone. I asked her if there were any napkins and she said there were none. A guest went to his room and brought down paper towels to share.
I decided that I was not going to stay another night there. I went to the front desk to check out. I asked to speak to the manager. This was a different lady than last night. She said she was the manager. I complained about the service and the condition of the room. I felt as if I was in a rent by the hour motel. I told her I was canceling my last night, and she said I would have contact Travelocity. I discussed this with them, and they did try to call the hotel several times and there was no answer. The manager stated she never heard the phone ring.
I was so irritated with this whole thing I told the manager that I would leave a review. I'm a manager at an RV Resort in Oklahoma with a 10/10/10+ Good Sam rating so I know how the guest should be treated! This was unacceptable.
