Friendly staff. Good standard caravan for bronze. Good pool. Entertainment was too loud...no need to shout when you have a microphone. Kids gather at the front for games and dance, the entertainment staff talk to them through a microphone, but you can hear it 20 miles away, just turn it down a bit, so you can sit at the back of the room without having your eardrums explode!
Staff was nice. Lovely pool area with proper hot water. A few things to do for the kids but not many.
The property was dirty and smelled like wet dog and dog wee, making almost impossible to sleep the first. Left the window and door open the next day which helped. Asked the staff to change room but all fully booked.
Tv with no remote until last day of my booking. Found it under the sofa. Staff didnât care much about.
For the price is doable but donât recommend if you can spend a little more someplace else.
My autistic son forgot his flip flops in the swimming pool and went bananas.
Asked the staff 3 times about it. Last time I was crossed and asked for cameras, so they magically found it on the lost and found.
It was a nice place and perfect location, the caravan was a little dated and tired but really enjoyed our stay. Lovely site and easy access to south Cornwall area
Lovely site, staff where superb as when we got there our booking wasnt there, they sorted us out another static caravan, spot on. Static a little tired but overall lovely place
Points forts : Service et personnel, confort de la chambre
Great holiday park, excellent pools! And a much better system of booking slots online than having to queue outside a reception like many other places. Our caravan was very old, single glazed and just tired. Assuming they will bin them at some point!

Good enough
Friday to Monday just a short break. The site was nice, the staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately the apartment was a bit tired and not clean enough in my opinion. There was black mould in the bathroom and cracked floor tiles. The outside around the windows could have done with a clean as well
My staying was fantastic because I wanted relaxing (end of April was the right time)...comfortable caravan, quite place, variety of amenities, 30min walking to the beach and loads of places around to be visited! I loved Cornwall
Staff most helpful, Entertainment very good but requires outsourced cabaret as well.
Negative points,. although the accomodation was good we had to ask for toilet roll for one of the toilets plus dish cloth and wiping up towels.
Battery cover on TV remote was missing, not a major problem but someone hadn't checked it.
Would suggest that non-stick frying pans would be better than the aluminium ones supplied.
We were advised that the number 73 bus was the service to go into Looe and it was not until the end of our stay that the 72B ( Think that was the one )we discovered, continued running until late evening and came straight up to the camp.
On the positive side the Stripey's team were most kind and helpful to my daughter who is learning disabled - thanks guy's !
Unhappy with cleaning services only.in sitting room was a lot of dog's hair - table, Windows lagers. Don't forget take you towels. We are happy to stay here again. Perfect entertainment. Indoor and outdoor pool. Local shop
