This Hotel did a 180 degree change from last year . I stayed one year ago & gave it a poor review. We were not going to stay there again, The close alternative hotels elevator was not working. We tried Comfort Inn one more time It was GREAT!! Room was clean, the staff was super!! Like what happened?? Bravo to the Manager!!

2pm advertised time for check in. We arrived a f ew minutes before. At 2 we were told our room with a king size bed was not available as it had not been cleaned as of that time. Was told cleaning staff were expected in shortly. so we waited in the lobby. Seems like the front desk person also changed shifts and told no one why we were waiting. It was after 3pm before we got into our room. Very dissatisfied with the check in process. Will avoid this property in any future travel.

Room keys didn’t work! Had to get front desk person to let me in and he said talk to the manager, it’s his fault for not getting new key system. The tub didn’t drain and filled up quickly in the shower. They checked me into a dirty room first then had to switch me. The sheets were dirty. Gross. Just gross.

This place is so nice. The place is very clean. Front desk staff was efficient at getting us in our room. Room is very nice. They could use some new pillows though. Would recommend it to other travelers. We’re traveling with two small dogs. They liked it too.
