Nothing was said on web about elevator being out. When we called to inquire about it the staff was short but did cancel our reservation without penalty. I dont feel you should find out through reviews that there is broken equipment.

Upon arrival David informed us we did not have a booking. I accidently booked for the wrong night. He was so great in helping me get a room for that night I arrived. He was the best and he saved the day.

I called the property to book the room directly $219 a night. Went through Expedia $129 love Expedia hotel was ok right next door to Mc Donald’s.

Overall the hotel was ok but the room cleanliness was subpar with hair all over the bathroom and the floors were poorly vacuumed. The beds were comfortable.

Wouldn’t stay there again.

The security door on the side of the building was wide open every time we walked by. The sheets on one of the beds were rumpled making the bed look like it had already been slept in. The telephone looked dirty. Check in was very slow although I was the only customer. The scrambled eggs were dry and tasteless and the bowl of apples contained only wrinkled apples. Very disappointing breakfast.

Great hotel

Very nice hotel, location was great for off the freeway, clean and nice bathroom. Wonderful breakfast with a very attentive breakast attendant always keeping things filled and clean.

We’d recommend.

The room was extra spacious. Comfy beds, clean. The treadmill worked well. Breakfast was fine. Room had a desk chair and a soft chair. We’d recommend.

Dirty, curtains had stains, carpets nasty stains, fridge didn't work, paint peeling off of Bathroom ceiling, shower curtains nasty stains. No desk chair. One star hotel at best. On the plus side, couldn't find any bed bugs & the sheets appeared to be clean.

Run down. We’ve stayed there in the past, but you can tell they have not upgraded anything. Toilet seat was painted after repairs, tape on tv remote to hold in batteries, front desk clerk had hard time getting key card to work. Room had a smell.
