Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless âPets Welcomeâ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the âHouse Rulesâ. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Good value apartment in lovely location. A bit worn around the edges but with a great layout and heaps of space. Only suggestion is pack some fly spray as the double doors let them in and they hang about all night, and bring a few rolls of toilet paper - there was only one left for us. Shoutout to Great Ocean Real Estate being super helpful and friendly.
Four adults stayed a weekend in the apartment. It had plenty of room for all of us. Although only one bathroom. It had a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Great seaviews. It was very cold during our stay but the heating was adequate. The apartment is just a short, âflatâ, walk to the centre of Lorne with a great choice of restaurants. Under cover parking was an added bonus.

Overpriced for what it is
Disclosure, we travel a lot and have stayed on more than a dozen properties in the area.
We stayed in the apartment over labour day long weekend. Although it is prime location, with full ocean views, at almost 300/night the apartment was a big dissapointment.
1. Kitchen: one of cooktop heat control broken, cheap appliances in the kitchen, only 4 forks, 5 dollars toaster, small bbq, no basic cooking supplies provided (no oil, salt or pepper,... only 1 bag of tea
2. Rooms are below street level ( dark), apartment entry to undercover car park.
3. Living area super hot as it is a large balcony to apartmemt above - no aircond.

6. At least 4 lights not working
7. Stained carpets
Owner should consider lowering the price or refitting... defintely better properties around for same or less.
We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment and its views! It was furnished well, very spacey and had everything you needed for comfort. It was also very clean. Adequate parking. It was a nice short work to the street, the view was amazing and it was in a quiet and relaxing area. To the main town of Lorne it was a lovely walk along the beach and only took about 10-15 minutes. We were well looked after and the service at the real estate agent was exceptional! Friendly and efficient. We look forward to being back in the near future.
