Yellow house
Great location one house from the beach. Rooftop tables and grill and ocean and beach view. The two units are end to end. This one on the street and the other on the bike path. Great kitchen. Three nicely updated bathrooms. Master bedroom comfy bed and private bath. Second bedroom is a full size bed with a smaller bunk above. Trundle below. Technically sleeps four but only if they are kids. Next floor with the kitchen and modest living room. That bedroom has a comfy queen and a trundle but only for a kid. Has its own bathroom but that doubles as the âpublicâ bathroom. Rooftop on top and is great. Can feed 7-8 comfortably. Good grill and propane fire pit. No yard but you have the entire beach do who cares. They work very hard to accommodate the cars. The neighbor house driveway works great for 4-5 modest sized cars with a little Tetris. Thereâs a lot of metered street parking easily accessible $2 per hour and is monitored 24 hours. But fine for guests . Very pleasant hosts. Have 10 bikes in the garage. Beach chairs and boogie boards and umbrellas and coolers. And a crazy short walk across the beach to the waves. A little strong for our 5 and 8 year old grandkids to body surf but a short stroll north was easier. But crazy pretty view and watching the volleyball players was fun. Many small restaurants and coffee shops a stroll away. The beach path goes for miles. Paved and handicapped accessible. Perfect for three adult couples and shared room for smaller kids .
