Features a game room equipped with a POOL TABLE, ARCADE, BAR Stools, and a HUGE TV. Enjoy the 5 beds in our 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. We designed our home to be both stylish and enjoyable for a families or a small group of friends. This is located in a very quiet neighborhood 15 miles away from Disneyland. There is a lot of parking in the neighborhood and we also have 2 spaces on the driveway.

STRICTLY NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, and NO DRUGS.

Nice clean 3 bedroom house

Our stay for 3 days was very nice. My grandkids really enjoy the pool table entertainment room. Recommend that they replace the carpet in master bedroom & the first bedroom. Thanks you so much for having us.

Universal Trip

Very lovely & cozy home. It fit my entire family perfectly (8 guests). Has entertainment room for teens/adults. Very clean overall. Check in/out very simple and fast. A little too far from Universal for us though. (Aprox. 1 hour) Overall great home.

Not bad!

Shower door in master leaked horribly. Water smelled like rotten eggs when it was hot. Was advertised with a washer and dryer which they blocked off and couldnt use.

Really dispointed

the property quality was poor rug in room where from 1980 worn and smelled. The shower water smelt of swamp doesn’t have filter. The towel-sheet-cook wear-living room set should have been tossed in trash..and it took use 1 hr to go 13 miles to Disney. At 1:00 am people next door where near my window talk. Never felt safe

Property Was Awful

Property was awful. Pictures that are posted on the site aren’t how it actually looked. The furniture that’s on the pictures isn’t the funiture that’s actually in the home. Ceiling fans are broken and don’t work. There were no comforters on the beds and there is inly one television in the home. We were cold and had to go purchase blankets and heaters. There are ac units in the windows and they don’t show those on the pictures. All couches in the home are torn and cracked. The outside patio Funiture is rusted and broken. The toilet in the master bedroom is loose and rocky. The doors in the second bedroom were off the hinges. Overall this property was awful and uncomfortable. The pictures are very misleading. We have requested a refund.

Fun home in nice area

Its a wonderful property in a very quiet neighborhood. The game room is a nice extra that the whole family loved. It was hard to get some of them out of it! Host was quick to respond to any and all inquiries during and before our stay. Would recommend!

Weekend Stay in Rowland Heights

Communication here was phenomenal. The house was very clean inside and out! Was very pleased with our stay! I would give it a 4.5 star because the heater wasn’t working, there was a gas leak, the couch in the entertainment room had a broken leg, and the water was turned off. However, when we brought this to their attention they came right away and fixed everything. After that our stay was amazing. They had just been working on the house so that’s why some things weren’t ready. But I’d stay here again and recommend you to stay here aswell!

Family Funeral

Very nice. Suggestions to have better quality towels, extra blankets and throw for living room. Beutiful functional kitchen. Ceiling fan in middle room was broken before we arrived. Need teaspoons, and dishtowels. Otherwise it was great!
