Includes private laundry, private single car garage, private entrance off beach boardwalk, outdoor shower and private deck, immediately on the ocean boardwalk and steps from the Bay. Enjoy the ocean or the bay for all your water fun. Walking distance from shops and restaurants on 2nd St. in Belmont Shores. Ride bikes or walk on the beach path to Shoreline Village.

Peaceful and Relaxing
Watch the sunset from your window or walk outside to the beach and enjoy it. We enjoyed walking the boardwalk right outside located in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful place and great location.

Great Condo in Long Beach
My wife and I loved this property. It was perfect for the two of us. It was very clean and well-appointed, with many new features. The location was great and you are steps away from the boardwalk and beach. Mila was pleasant and easy to communicate with. Her directions for check-in were comprehensive and simple to follow. We would definitely consider this property again for any return trips to the Long Beach area.

Mila is a great hostess! Super responsive to everything we needed. Location is perfect on the beach and the apartment was super clean. We had a nice welcoming surprise- wine and chocolate. Thank you Mila! We will be back :)

Quiet and relaxing
We came to LA for a music festival and after all days spent with large crowds it was magnificent to come to Mila’s quiet chill condo. Woke up to a long walk on the boardwalk which is steps away from the unit. Found good coffee and breakfast within a mile’s walk. The unit is clean, newish, and the kitchen is well outfitted. The checkin process is a bit of work but the instructions provided including pictures make it clear even in the dark. A bottle of wine and chocolates greeted us when we entered the condo. Overall the condo and location were exactly what I expected based on the listing and I’d absolutely come back again!

Beautiful Beach house
I absolutely loved this little house/condo. The house was very clean, bright and airy. Great ocean views and steps from the walking trail along the beach. I would not hesitate to rent there again! Garage parking was a plus, coffee and creamer was much appreciated. So many nice extra touches to make our stay very pleasant. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great place, great location and we hope to be back. Thank you!

Amazing property! Perfect location just steps to the boardwalk on beach side and just cross the street to the beach on the bay side! Really appreciated having access to beach chairs, umbrella, garage parking, outdoor space from unit and AC!! Quiet location on the peninsula. Loved being able to walk for several miles right out the door! Fabulous restaurants on Second Street. Outstanding communication with the owner throughout entire process. It was a perfect getaway for some much needed R&R!
