The staff was wonderful! Everyone who we came in contact with was friendly and professional- especially the valet parking staff. The room was clean, pretty and comfortable and the TV was able to cast from our phones! The continental breakfast was the only disappointment. It was served- plain, thick Greek yogurt, dry granola, a tiny bowl of fruit and a muffin. When asked to order alacarte they were out of all of the protein items.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and give such a warm, welcoming vibe. A special thank you to the concierge man (sorry forgot his name) for being super helpful and accommodating an early check-in (subject to availability). A big thank you to Luccia at the front desk — she’s an absolute sweetheart and made the check-in process so delightful. Also, a shoutout to the valet attendant (tall and wears glasses) who was extremely helpful in assisting me with finding street parking. Would definitely stay here again. The bed was incredibly comfortable — especially for someone who has a hard time sleeping anywhere other than their own bed — I slept like a baby. The rooms are very spacious, spotless, and well maintained. Highly recommend.

This is a nice clean boutique hotel, conveniently located near Hollywood and Universal Studios yet in a quiet neighborhood. These are restaurants and grocery nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful, they stored our luggage while we checked out a nice Italian restaurant across the street. My kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub during the stay. We highly recommend this place.

I love the Amarano and it's become the place I stay when I visit LA about 4 times/year. It is always special service, quiet clean rooms, filtered water stations, a great gym, wonderful restaurant and a friendly staff. It's first class!!!!
