Have stayed many times at the Inn over the years, but it has changed! Rooms are okay but could not get the heat to regulate correctly so we were either cold or hot the entire stay. No longer cookies baking nor in your room at checkin with that nice note welcoming us back. Breakfast is ok. Gone are the coffee cake and soufflé. Always liked the leftovers with coffee in the afternoon. Wine and cheese was alright. Got better the second night. A bit more cheese and even some salami. Only wine. No water or tea. Overall it is a fine place but the charm is gone. It always felt like someone’s home. Now it is just another hotel. Expensive for the value. Said good bye to this place. Will stay somewhere else .

I came for one night and stayed for two. The property is amazingly welcoming, beautiful and the staff are so accomodating. Home made cookies at the front desk, breakfast made to order, wine and cheese social - these are just some of the small cozy touches that make the Inn at Playa del Rey an amazing place to stay. And the staff including Ken and Sean are so welcoming. I will definately stay here again. Highly recommend

I loved everything about The Inn at Playa del Rey. The room was great. The water pressure for the shower was excellent! Something I value when I stay anywhere. The bathroom was bigger than expected. Had 2 sinks. Even the view to the street was cool. It faced the streets but also the mountains and you could see way far. Breakfast was excellent every morning. Absolutely loved the arugula parm salad. The wine hour from 5-6 was a really cool amenity too! I. Thinking of coming back to this area just to stay here again. Loved it!

The breakfast buffet blew us away - so good! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room was attractive, modern, and clean. Backing up to the Bollona Reserve and just blocks from the beach, the location is wonderful. Overall, highly recommend this lovely hotel. Bravo to the owners and staff!
