We had a family gathering that needed four bedrooms which is what was advertised. However one of the bedrooms is a converted garage (which was explained) but is not airconditioned and was unusable in the 90 degree weather. We enjoyed the pool, the foosball game and the pool table. There are a lot of locks to deal with. There is a grocery store close by.

Property was good except the finished garage. The garage bedroom was like an ice box, the room heater did not work. Other than that the property was decent. Our group included three 70-ish people (me, wife and sister in law), our daughter and toddler grandaughter.

We arrived an hour and an half after check in time to find that key had been removed from lock box and there was no answer at the door. Phone number on VRBO app went straight to voice mail. Eventually we were told the cleaner was there. We left to find some food and came back later. We booked for 11 people but beds were only made up for 9. There were mattresses in the closet but there were no clean sheets or duvet covers in the cupboards. We ended up laying spare duvets down for the kids to sleep on. Mattresses are stained. The converted garage (2 double beds) has no direct access from the house and does not have its own bathroom. It also houses the washer and dryer - in the bedroom. Our kids did not feel comfortable sleeping in there. This is not clear on the listing. Kitchen is not very well stocked for 12 people. There are only 4 coffee mugs and mismatched glasses. It is awkward feeding everyone as there is only a table for 4. Pool and pool table were nice additions however they do not make up for the other faults. We stayed at another VRBO in Anaheim on the same trip that cost the same for 3 nights and it was like chalk and cheese. Location - states that Universal is 11 mins away. We did the trip multiple times including at 10pm and it was much closer to 20 mins. More like 35-40 in heavy traffic. Check out instructions in guest book/app are different to instructions on the fridge in the house.

Perfect for large families!

This house is perfect for a group or a large family. The layout and space made it so nice for everyone to have room. The location was impressive, we were minutes away from all the attractions we wanted and locked in tight safely at night. They had everything we needed and more and the communication was so great. I have definitely sent the link to friends to share. Would love to return!

Clean and comfortable

This was a nice home. Clean and comfy. My group was a party of 8. Sleeping accommodations were sufficient but seating was lacking. Kitchen super small and no ice or filtered water. Pool was wonderful however again, seating wasnt available. We would definately consider staying again but would make a request for extra chairs.

Sport trip with 12 students

Trip with 12 students. Our stay went very well. Our students were kept busy and amused by the many activities on offer, including several televisions, board games and the pool table available in the house. The owners are very reactive when needed.

new years eve

very nice accommodations for our family new years eve universal studios celebration. close to universal studios. limited kitchen cooking pots and pans and utensils but we made it work. lots of dishes and glasses for a large group (we had 13) plenty of beds and couches for everyone. we did bring air mattresses for the large room which accommodated all the teenagers. the room was perfect for them had a tv for the xbox/switch we brought and heater kept the room warm. the large bean sack was very popular with our teen group. overall our stay was great but as the cook for the group the kitchen was a struggle. if your not going to actually cook for your stay there will be no issues. the pool table and fuseball table were also big hits.

Wonderful clean, fun place to stay.

Wonderful, comfortable, clean place to stay. They had lots of home touches, a pretty full kitchen, and the beds were so nice. We kept busy with all the games provided and the pool and Foosball tables. We didn't get to swim because it was too cold, but the backyard was very nice.
