Staff at reception can be very helpful at check-in to annoying (=snob) at check-out. No middle point. For a $200+/room/night hotel I would expect a bit more customer oriented service (being snob is a thing of the past)....Also, please replace the bread toaster at the breakfast/dining, for the money the hotel makes, the customer would expect a clean toaster, at least functional.

My stay was short but I found the property clean and comfortable. It is well maintained. Quick and easy wi-Fi access. Parking was easy and the location walkable to coffee. Overall I was pleased with my stay. I would stay again and would recommend to vacation and business travellers.

Great property. I was pleasantly surprised on all the amenities. We felt very comfortable. Beautiful view of the outdoor terrace from our room on the balcony. We had time for the jacuzzi early in the morning before checking out. We will keep it in mind for the next time we are in town.
