great beach location comfortable for our family
Publié le 4 déc. 2017 sur Expedia
Pour : nice location and good living conditions
the stuff is very helpful
Contre : easier paperwork
it will be better if the bed is king size
Emplacement : close to very thing, esp to Venice beach and LAX
lots of pros
1. great location, safe neighborhood, quiet apartments and nice harbor view
2. great facility with clean swimming pool, gazebo, & parking lot
3. large studio, with a closet big enough as another bedroom, & big sofa bed. comfortable fit our family of 4
4. complete kitchen and large bath room.
a few cons
1. no place for dogs to take care of their business outside. when i walked our dog the roadside and harbor smell pretty strong. a big rain will take care of that, but LA does not rain often,,,,
2. the $150 cleaning fee and $50 pet fee are on the heavy side, about 40% of our total cost

Never again in Life
Publié le 22 avr. 2017 sur ExpediaHorrible you shouldn't do business with them. I had to call at least a dozen times to the point that they were picking up and hanging up my call. It was the most difficult check in. On top of all that my original suite that I had booked was not available so they made me take another one that was bigger but under construction so it had no view completely why I had booked in the first place. Was not worth the money. It was too late to back out they had already charged my card. I suare most stressful embarrassing situation.

Condo style privately owned rental.
Publié le 27 févr. 2017 sur ExpediaNice place, but it is NOT a hotel. Customers should know in advance it is a private residence talk and therefore you need certain supplies like toilet paper and toiletries. You are also required to fill out a rental agreement. This was quite confusing and unexpected.

Not going Back!

Pour : Leaving!
Contre : Just about everything!
Firstly, this is not a hotel, it is a timeshare type arrangement in a residential apartment complex, not told in the ads. Secondly, there is no staff onsite who can help you with anything, not told in the ads. Thirdly, the pool is about a 1/4 mile away from unit, not as advertised. Fourthly, there is no BBQ grill setup as advertised. Fifth, Our security deposit has never been returned, despite over 20 phone calls to the property owners. We are unfortunately in the long process of disputing this through our bank. The whole ordeal from arrival to today, has been incredibly stressful, and out of line for a business to deal with clients this way. There is no way on earth that we would ever recommend this property to anyone, ever! They have managed to make what was supposed to be a relaxing time, the worst ever vacation in my life!

Bare Minimum

Pour : The size of apartment was big.
Contre : See above comments.
Emplacement : Very long walk to town.
This could have been a great place to stay, if only there were a few items supplied to guests. It would be nice to have a hand towel and face clothes in the bathroom. More than one roll of toilet paper paper for two people for four days, a toaster, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent (since we only got one towel per person, we did one load of laundry because that's all the soap that was in the place). I got an email from the rental company to ask if there was anything we needed. I replied "toilet paper and face clothes please" that was day two, I still waiting to hear back! I will not be staying in a place like this again.

Shabby dirty not shabby chic
Publié le 12 mars 2016 sur ExpediaWhere to begin. From the beginning it was terrible. The reservations staff sucked! Lazy, stupid and difficult. I called 20 times to verify, get access and get security deposit back! It took me 12 phone calls and an hour to get access. The floor was filthy. There were roaches everywhere. The tub drain was clogaged so I couldn't shower until the morning...after being on a plane for 20 hours! The drapes are the wrong size and mismatched. The furniture is sparse and closets cluttered. I've had to call 6 times to ask about refund the deposit and cleaning fee. Instead of enjoying my trip I am calling them! Disgraceful!

Nice and clean, spacious and well equipped.
Publié le 23 févr. 2016 sur ExpediaEverything we needed to get our vacation going was there when we got to the place. Great space for cooking and dining and entertaining. Had a really fun time and the location was perfect. 5 minutes from Venice beach (driving). Definitely worth it! Id do it again.

Hidden fees and descrepencies
Publié le 13 oct. 2015 sur HotelsThis is a very nice apartment .
With that being said, if you like the ease and convenience of a hotel as far as easy check-in and up-front charges, this is not the place for you.
-After booking the reservation on Hotels.com. there are additional fees when you actual check-in.
-They have a security deposit of $450 and the mentioned cleaning fee of $150...in which they actually hold $600 as the deposit. They also have an additional 4% charge to the cleaning fee which will show up on the receipt after your stay.
-Some Discrepancies. After I received the check-in instruction via email;
-there were no key/fob to the unit( as mentioned on the instructions...i had to wait for someone to come by to drop off)
-the check-in time said 3pm, when it said @ 4pm on Hotels.com.
-It took 4 days after check-out for them to produce a receipt.....in in which i had to ask for.
