Horrible experience all around. The rooms felt like a prison and the rooftop bar had DJs that kept us up all night. This place is closing so this review doesn’t even matter, but wildly different from other Ace Hotels. The guys at the coffee bar and in the restaurant were nice.

Found it to be a really nifty boutique downtown LA hotel.
There was a nice disco brunch on Sunday and a popular rooftop, that had a DJ nightly, as well as several special events throughout the month.
According to my friends that are local to Los Angeles, The Ace, is known to host many parties and events.
It is next door to a theater which I understand is fairly popular...
Location was pretty good really not too difficult to get anywhere from Pasadena to LA live...
Unfortunately it seems the Ace will be closing its doors the last week of January 2024...
And even though my stay was brief, (only 2 days)I think that's too bad, I certainly would have looked forward to staying again!
