Location was very convenient to local attractions. There are numerous stores and food options nearby. Area in general is a little gritty so it was good to have secure gate and garage entrance. I didn’t realize that I hadn’t received check in instructions until I arrived there, but I reached out to the host and they replied within 10 or 15mins so we didn’t have to wait too long to get in. Unit is very spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. There was a cabinet filled with games for entertainment. We did find that the front entrance area had a really strong mold/mildew smell which my wife is extremely sensitive to so she couldn’t spend much time on the ground floor. Upstairs bedroom areas did not have it. It was clean in general but there were some obvious areas around the unit that the cleaners had missed. The upstairs bedroom deck was full of leaves and spider webs so we didn’t open that door. We were only there for one night so didn’t use the space much- it was a nice place to sleep and served its purpose for us.

I rented this home to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. We were able to walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and very close to Universal Studios as listed. The property was amazing! The shower was my all time fave! The water pressure and hot water was just like home! The host was very attentive and responsive! I highly recommend this property! It was perfect for our mini-getaway.

The property is very nice and very clean. The surrounding area is Hollywood, so keep that in mind. It is an easy walk to Hollywood Blvd. and lots to see. We went to the Hollywood Bowl one evening and although we Ubered to dinner and to the event, we were happy to walk back afterwards. Much easier than navigating traffic in and out.

Great experience

Really great experience. We are from close by and know the area well. Not here for tourism this time but it is a killer spot for that. The condo was very clean. The host was very responsive. Will definitely come back if we go to Hollywood Bowl etc. The parking is a bit hard to navigate for a large SUV but manageable. The underground parking is a great safety feature.
