The service is always amazing. I feel like I'm going to stay with friends. They are very kind and helpful. It's always very clean and I feel safe. It's well lit and I really like that. My car is parked right outside my door.

Pleasantly surprised

The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional, a pleasant surprise for the money we paid. I love it that it’s right across the street from Porto’s LOL

They make you feel welcome!

Great service! Well lit. Clean. I felt very safe there. Everyone is very kind. I'm just abled and it's hard for me to get up to the front office so they would bring things back to my room for me.

They were all friendly, including the housekeeping staff, the rooms, and lobby were clean, and as far as food goes, the location is near the mall, so you have several restaurants to choose from. The only thing that I don’t like, is that they don’t serve breakfast here.

This is where I want to be

I enjoyed the friendliness the welcoming. I felt very safe here. Excellent customer service. A clean spacious room with a nice bed. Free Wi-Fi. Excellent parking access. My car is parked right outside my room. So convenient and helpful because I'm disabled! It's just a nice place to be.

Great service!

I feel very safe when I'm there. The parking lot is really well lit. The customer service is excellent. I didn't care for the room that I was in because it was designed for a wheelchair. Now I did tell them that I am disabled but I don't have a wheelchair. I use a cane. So that was my bad. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I'm going there again this weekend and for the entire run of the Renaissance. Pleasure Fair
