Choose for the pool, but isn't open this year. Not Handicap accessible despite claiming so... Breakfast had choice of stawberry waffles or cereal. No beverages. Looks like it was a nice hotel in the 80s. Says no smoking, but lady at the front desk was smoking.
The staff was friendly. There was hot food on the breakfast bar.
The shower did not have very good water pressure which is important to us.
Other than that, everything was very good.
Room was dirty had food bugs syringe no towels no washcloths she said blood on them had bugs in the bed very disgusting. Couldn't get a hold of the front desk no phones in the rooms nobody was at the front desk half the time and then when you did find somebody they didn't speak English and they say can't help you third party third party and requesting a full refund did not get any sleep the people upstairs were banging and partying all night long people coming in and out slamming doors. Had my elderly mom who is disabled and my granddaughter with me it was very disgusting there was no breakfast like they said the pool was closed wasn't even open yet didn't even have water in it no AC I didn't take pictures we just left very disappointing and very aggravating we traveled from Cleveland to Kentucky for a family member who was in the hospital and that was the closest one and it was very disgusting we'll never recommend that hotel to anybody
Looked kindly scetchy at first but actually the room was nice. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Easy check-in and out. Great deal for the price. Only thing was the pool wasn't open.
The room was very clean. The check in was easy and friendly.
I wanted to stay for just 1 night before committing to other nights and i was Not disappointed!
Very quiet with a Greats night rest on a hard but Very comfortable bed which is Excactly what my back needs!

Very disappointing. First my room key didn't work most of the time. Breakfast was a disappointment, not even waffles were available the first day. Room key didn't work to get me back inside the front door and no one at the desk to open the door for at least ten minutes. The best I can say is the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Arrived close to midnight, first room had a do no disturb sign on the knob and upon opening was clearly occupied or had yet to be cleaned. Second room had clean bedding, towels etc, but no surfaces, bed side table, any table had been cleaned in quite some time. Gooey liquids and paper stuck to counters, crazy stains on the hallway carpets, generally run down feeling, like just enough handyman work being done to keep things operating, but the handyman didn’t clean his spilled paint on the toilet, or bright red water proofing material splatter on the bathroom tiles, not what anyone wants to see when you step into a bathroom. AC worked great though and the coffee was hot, sleep and a shower were had.
I booked to stay at the Baymont in Louisville, KY on hotels.com 5/9-5/10 .It was a last minute trip & I planned to arrive at 10pm on 5/9.Our trip ended up taking longer & when I realized we weren’t going to arrive until 1am ,I called the hotel to let them know my eta. I was on the phone for about 8-10 minutes & no one answered I called again after selecting different options through the phone tree & the attendant confirmed my reservation & also let me know my arrival time is fine.I got to the hotel around 1:04am, the attendant let me know that they had no rooms left. I let them know I already paid for the room & I had an itenerary number through hotels.com . The attendant said , “Yes,you have an itenerary number, but we have no rooms.” I let the agent know I called earlier & he said , “That wasn’t me that picked up, you spoke with someone else.” There was also a gentleman in front of me in line who was dealing with the same issue. I was tired from the drive & now I had to find a place to stay. This was a last minute bday trip my husband & I planned to go to Kentucky Kingdom. We normally dont take time to celebrate b/c we are always working so this was a big deal for us.We had to find a hotel around 2 am in the morning & everytime I called someone was trying to sell me something.We ended up spending more than double what we planned. I also had the hardest time finding a number for hotels.com , I had to look on the BBB to find anything. Will never use hotels.com again.

The person I booked the hotel for wasn’t able to check in because of the deposit. I want a refund. She had to sleep in her car. If a deposit is required, it should be added when booking the room.
This is an older property, and while clean, was showing it's wear. The price was good for my stay, though rebooking showed a triple price. I would be mad if I had paid that. It was a value priced hotel at the time that i stayed. I would not rebook for more.
