Property was run down and dirty, peeling drywall and visible mildew in bathroom. Staff was mixed between friendly and indifferent, one member seemed to keep his tesla parked under the canopy so was always visible.

The room had dead bugs in it, damaged drywall around the tub/shower and mold, the lobby was scorching hot, staff was not friendly, breakfast was poor (hard muffins, small yogurt, DIY waffles). Sheets were clean, towels/wash rags were clean, a/c worked well. The room was quiet and in a safe area. Area around the building was nice and maintained.

The front desk gentleman was great and helped us with dinner decisions, the mexican restaurant across the road was terrific. the only problem was when we came to breakfast at 730 am, the food was gone. nothing but sausage and a few muffins. the waffle maker wasn't even working well. kind of a disappointment.

In the 4 different employees i encountered over my 3 night stay. Theresa was by far top notch. Kind, helpful, and pleasant. The management at this location. Awful. And the night i checked in. The man( employee) was very un-welcoming and seemed bothered he had to check us in and just a rude arrogant demeanor. If it wasn't for Theresa this place would get a 1 star and thats because in order to rate id have to choose at least 1.
