This is located in Louisville close to NuLU and given its amazing location close to lots of restaurants, distilleries, and other attractions, it is still in the downtown area. There are some good parts and some bad. We are in a quiet area surrounded by duplexes and multifamily. There is Merrick Printing across the street.

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Dogs only with a pet fee of $150. Must be House trained and Under 20 pounds
Confirm with host before booking, certain breeds are NOT allowed.
Please do NOT allow pets on the furniture or beds. NEVER left unattended inside or outside the home. Pooping/peeing outside of the home, please pick up any poop.
ANY dogs brought without permission or that breaks any of these rules will result in a fee and dog/guests may be asked to leave the premises without refund

Please refrain from smoking of any kind inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. No one allowed other than those on the reservation, max of 6 people

✔ NO SHOES INSIDE THE HOUSE
We stay here as well and grew up not wearing shoes inside. This will keep the inside cozy and clean for everyone to enjoy.
