The first room was physically dirty it had missing linen. It was very disappointing. The 2nd room was cleaner but still was not Clean. I left and returned in the morning to get my deposit back.

Front desk staff was very nice, helpful and polite. The water was scalding hot but the shower knob was a bit janky. The bed wasn’t ideal but did the job. Room was pretty clean. Overall the place was fine and while convenient, the location was awful; the surrounding noise level was the opposite of peaceful: sirens, traffic, and the relentless yelling of the local homeless crowd made it hard to sleep.

The room was okay. Bathroom was gross. Staff was not friendly. What was supposed to be $175 stay ended up being almost $250. I had stay here a couple years ago and everything was fine. So I thought why not stay again. Nope. Never again.

We made reservations earlier in the morning, received confirmation number and money was taken out of my bank account. When we arrived, we were told that our reservations had been canceled and were not in the system, even though they still had taken the money out of my account. we had to redo our reservations on the spot which cost additional money than what we were told in the morning. They did refund our first room rate but not the $13 insurance we had paid so we are still out that plus we paid a higher rate for the room to have a place to stay that night.

Check in was stressful and the receptionist was overwhelmed with the amount of people standing in line. Her child was behind the counter and she was speaking very loud and aggressive to that child. The room was clean but there are a lot of sounds through the pipes and noises. So much it wakes you up. The price was good compared to other surrounding hotels to the arena but one night stay is the max I would stay.
