Furnished Apartment Near Downtown Hospitals

This fully furnished 2nd floor apartment is just east of downtown in the Phoenix Hill neighborhood. Centrally located, this 2nd floor apartment is walking distance to NuLu and a short scooter or Uber ride from Downtown, the Highlands, Riverfront Park, Cherokee Park, etc. We are a 10 minute car ride from the Muhammad Ali airport.

The spacious apartment is outfitted for a traveling nurse and is ideal for one (1) adult or a couple. Utilities and WiFi are included on any rental.

There is one big bedroom with a King Bed and a spacious walk in closet. Full bathroom with laundry services.

There is a large full service kitchen and a separate living area with a smart TV.
A private rear elevated deck allows one to take in the morning or evening air.

Guests must be able to ascend and descend stairs.

The apartment can accommodate up to four (4) comfortably on a short term basis. The walk-in closet can be used as an additional temporary private sleeping quarters and an additional twin bed can be set up in bedroom.

Linens, soaps, cooking accoutrement, and coffee are provided for short term guests. Fridge and pantry can be stocked with food and beverage for an additional fee.
