The sinks were backed up and what appeared to be dried sewage in it. The floors were filthy, the sheets were discolored and stained with crumbs in them, our room reeked or cigarette smoke, the kids bathtub had a stale condom on the water spigot. Wasnt even going to risk bed bugs to boot so we checked out. Made our 15-20 minute convenient drive to LTL Fest an hour and 30 minutes plus construction delay LONGER....spending more money on another motel and gas money to travel even further. I do not recommend this place if it were the only standing place to provide shelter from a catastrophic event. Terrible!!

The outside of the hotel was in complete disrepair. The room was in better shape than the outside but not very clean. I had to wipe the dust off of surfaces and rinse out the tub. The towels were stained and I had to go to the front desk for clean towels. I requested a microwave and fridge in my room. The fridge didn't work. Do not recommend.

This place is gross, there was black stuff all over the bathroom, holes in walls, the tiles where cracked, the fridge was not clean, stains on all the sheets, no microwave, no actual breakfast just the option of a bagel, they didnt replace the toilet paper so we had to go get some and all for over $200 a night. Absolutely would never stay there again.

Avoid if possible

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Every surface was covered in dust and grime, just running your finger across would turn it gray or black. Bathroom was unusable and disgusting, shower was almost brown. Bugs were crawling around the beds, floors were clearly never vacuumed or cleaned in the slightest. Only positive was the staff were able to cancel and refund my remaining nights after the first night, had to pay for the night I did stay there. Never written a bad review for anything in my life but this was such an indescribably bad experience I felt it was necessary.

Very old hotel, newly painted room. Nothing like pictures on site. Door key wouldn’t work had to be let in the room. Sheets and towels didn’t look clean or smell good. Would not stay here again. Staff was very friendly though.

You get what you pay for, safe place sleep

The lady at the front desk was really sweet. It wasnt in a bad neighborhood. I never felt unsafe.It definitely a get what you pay for. (There is a reason its one of the cheap hotels by). With that being said, they could 100% benefit from new linens. Sheets and towels were stained. It was a "managers special" paint job in the room. The room air was stale when we came in. A few minutes of the ac running and the door open cleared the stale air.
