The dresser/entertainment center had all of its legs broken off. It was leaning back with the tv on top. There is no place to hang up clothing. The outlets were so loose that plugs would fall out. They had power strips everywhere in the room. The curtains had mold on the bottom off them.

First they were refusing to check me in because I had a passport not a license (website says government ID). I pulled up a bill to show my address (they charge more if you live in county). I gave leeway because they were under construction. Then I get my bill. They charged me 265 for smoking in the room even though I didn’t smoke. I try to give Grace but the quality has gone down significantly in the last few months.

Property was clean and had no issues with the ac. Didn’t see any type of insects in the room, just your typical pesky gnats and things only when you went outside, I went in summer so it was to be expected. Staff was very kind and friendly, any time we needed something they were happy to provide. Definitely would stay again.

The staff was great, the amenities were just what we needed, the hotel is older and is in need of renovation. No smoking but a strong smell of old cigarettes and weed in the hallways. The $50.00 deposit appears to have been charged twice to my card and neither has fallen off.

No bugs is always my main concern. So we were happy to find no bugs. But our room was not ready when we arrived, stated they can’t have the room ready if people don’t check out at 11 (plus the 3 other rooms that weren't cleaned yet they said). The housekeepers were so friendly. Can’t say about the breakfast staff, didn’t interact with them but breakfast was adequate, not a big variety but I was satisfied. Very nice looking pool, didn’t use it while there. Bathrooms (ours and our neighbors atleast) make this weird kinda loud noise after flushing. And the tub was kinda moldy. The boxspring protector had like vomit or something on the side of it. Room was very humid if showering so the fire alarm will start beeping like a dead battery, staff was aware, first asked if we were vaping, then said that this happens often when showering and told us to turn the exhaust fan on (which already was on). Room was adequate for the price. Supposedly doing construction or renovations so baseboards were gone also.
