A circa 1935 newly-remodeled family home in the heart of the Highlands has a luxurious new kitchen, 4 levels of roomy comfort, and is convenient for all your Derby 3-day weekend activities. Living areas include a spacious living room with a large screen TV if you choose to watch the Derby inside, a combination beautiful dining room (which seats 6-8) and kitchen (with 3 bar stools for extra seating) with another TV, and a screened-in porch for more entertaining space. There are 4 bedrooms of which the master has a king size bed, 2 have queen-size beds and 1 full-size bed, all furnished with new sheets and pillows. 3 full baths with walk-in showers and an extra newly-remodeled half-bath complete the interior living areas. The master bath remodeling project was completed with gorgeous floors, marble countertop and a roomy glass shower. For the final touch, a spacious front porch offers 4 rocking chairs for enjoying the long weekend.
Just a few short blocks from Bardstown Road, this home offers exceptional convenience to restaurants with multiple cuisine choices and price ranges, a short drive to Churchill Downs, but with all the charm and appeal of one of the nicest streets in the neighborhood. Very hospitable
Owners were so kind and hospitable and made our stay very comfortable. They were concerned about every detail and very responsive. The location was great- a quiet neighborhood, great for morning exercise and walks to the coffee shop or our new favorite taco restaurant.

Perfect home base for derby!
An absolutely perfect choice for derby. Beautiful neighborhood, and a wonderful home. Very spacious with high end furnishings, and a stunning, well designed kitchen. We will be back!
