Guest Access
Guests will have private access to the apartment, plus shared access to the building's common amenities including the fitness center, golf simulator, yoga studio, the first-floor clubhouse, and the rooftop clubhouse with shuffleboard and a deck overlooking 4th Street Live!, along with the courtyard with fire pits and grills. Please note these are shared spaces used by residents as well, so availability may vary. The pool and hot tub are also shared and open seasonally, typically March through September.

The Neighborhood
This apartment is located in the heart of it all! With tons of activities mere steps from the building, including 4th street live and multiple restaurants, there will always be something for you to do! While inside of the apartment, the sounds of the city melt away for a peaceful experience and stay!

Getting Around:
With the central location of the building, guests can get to plenty of activities by foot! We do recommend a car should guests choose to venture outside of the downtown area, but city buses or uber would also do the trick!

Other Things to Note:
One complimentary parking spot is available in the on-site garage with an 6.5-foot clearance, suitable for most standard vehicles (not oversized vans or tall trucks). The heated pool and hot tub are seasonal amenities. They are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM during the season and close at the end of September, with reopening expected in March. Exact reopening timing is set by building management and may shift. Occasional last-minute closures for maintenance can happen during the open season.

This place was perfect for our stay. It was right downtown within walking distance to so many place. Fourth street live was a block away. The complex itself had many great features that added to our stay. Apartment was clean and perfect!

The apartment was beautiful and I instantly felt at home! I truly did not want to leave when it was time to check out. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed to cook meals, the bathroom was huge and water pressure / hot water in the shower was amazing! It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. The balcony was great, even though it was cold outside when I stayed. Words cannot describe how lovely my stay was!

Went to a concert at Mercury ballroom with my daughter for my birthday. Great place. Super clean. Great location. Will stay again. Patio was great and the plane watching was a nice touch as well. Hallway to the place smell great and so did tthe whole Unit.

This is one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is significantly larger than a hotel room and has a full, well stocked kitchen with plenty of coffee. There is a pleasant little balcony, and the building itself is amazing: beautiful pool with hammocks, Cafe with pool table and free beverages, gym, pet spa, and a golf simulator. Better than staying at the Omni.

Beautiful apartment. Great communication with Tyler too! Just wish the parking had more clear numbers on the spot. Struggled to find it at first when other spots it was more definitive. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great but if you drive a higher profile vehicle you won’t fit in the parking deck so something to be aware of. My truck hardly fit and had we drove my husbands truck we couldn’t have parked in the deck

Perfect spot

Great little condo in the heart of 4th street. Location could not have been better for our visit. Secure building, secure parking, and a chic, clean place to rest our heads after busy days. It had everything we needed and was an easy walk from downtown. Comms with the host were top notch.

Great stay!!

We came to Louisville for a show at Whitney Hall and were very happy with the proximity, property, and communication with the host. Check-in is extensive, but the host gives you very clear instructions and it is only extensive because the building has safety protocols in place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt very secure within the building. We will be staying again in the future!!
