Beautiful hotel overall but the rooms were way too cold! Even when moved to a new room it still stayed quite cool so that the tile fly was almost too cold to walk on! A gorgeously furnished hotel though! Should have complimentary coffee in the lobby also-not just the pour over in the room!

The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, spacious and truly felt luxurious. Mark in the restaurant downstairs was stellar. His customer service really stood out. The restaurant as a whole was first rate! Had breakfast there both mornings and it was fantastic. The Grady is a gem!

My stay at The Grady was amazing! It is such a beautiful facility with stunning rooms, great food, great staff, and is accessible to so much in a short walkable distance. I want to give a special shoutout to the Gentleman at the front desk in the mornings - always so personable and nice. As well as to Farrah (hope I spelled it right) in the evenings who was so much fun to talk to and helpful with ideas for fun in the area. I will definitely be staying at The Grady every time I visit Louisville! Thank you for an awesome experience.

Beautiful clean room. Valet attendants the young man during the day he was awesome. Room attendant came to our room to clean she was very pleasant and gave us everything we needed. Really did not see many guests maybe 4 in total so it was very peaceful and quiet.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Grady. Staff was friendly and was eager to share information about the history and art in the hotel and area. Nicely remodeled and clean, convenient to many of the nearby attractions. Excellent dining and breakfast in the Wild Swann downstairs. Room was comfortable with good hot water in the shower, good in room coffee (!), and great Ac. Great river view. Couple hiccups with housekeeping forgetting to replenish supplies like coffee but front desk always immediately fixed it. Parking is expensive and valet is available. Recommend calling for the valet as texting didnt seem to work well. We were happy with floor 4.
