Very cool old house in good condition with modern updates. Lots of bedrooms, lots of bathrooms. Very clean. Host was easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the Trifecta. Our group of 10 (plus a 9 month old) stayed there while we were in town to run in the Louisville Marathon/Half Marathon/10K. The house was very clean and Jane was very helpful. They even had a pack 'n play and a high chair for the baby. There were a lot of amenities in the house which were very useful.

Everything was great! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook delicious meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and inviting. The outdoor patio was great for having a bonfire and enjoying time with friends.

We loved our stay here! The home itself is a perfect blend of historical but updated...like there is a story around every corner. Plenty of room for four couples. I've stayed at a lot of VRBOs but never one as stocked as this one with coffee and snacks. The house was immaculate, the host was extremely communicative and very accommodating. The location was great for Bourbon Fest and visiting distilleries and downtown Louisville. Easy street parking and a quiet neighborhood. Don't hesitate...book it!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO for my 40th birthday weekend! It was our first time visiting Louisville, and the house was the perfect home base for our group of 10. The layout gave everyone plenty of space to relax, and it was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed.The location was excellent — close enough to downtown that we could easily get to Churchill Downs and explore the city, but also a convenient drive to Bardstown for a day of distillery visits. We loved being able to come back to a cozy, spacious home after long days out.Overall, this property made our birthday weekend trip so memorable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting with a group, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Check in and out was super easy and the host provided very detailed instructions. Most kitchen supplies were available for cooking and the dining room was an amazing space for our crew of 10. The kids enjoyed the 3rd story as their own suite. The decor in the house was amazing and we really enjoyed looking throughout the rooms at the small details. Wonderful Stay!

This property offers a fantastic location, close to all the local distilleries, making it perfect for exploring the area. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering early check-in and late check-out without us even asking. Communication was seamless—responses were quick, and they were always easy to reach. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Staying at The Trifecta was perfect for our group. The style of the home was amazing. The property was located close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen and bathrooms were the best stocked we have ever had. If we had a complaint, it would be that we had to get used to the low flying UPS planes at night. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Celebration trip

The home was extremely spacious and clean. It totally was a gem for our family. The host was delightful and extremely responsive. The only thing that was somewhat problematic was the noise. Between the trains, planes and cars it was tough sleeping at night. With that being said, I believe anywhere within the city is going to be difficult. Great safe place to call home for a few night when visiting Louisville.

Old Louisville

House was lovely, exactly as pictured and described. Owner is proactive with communication and very responsive. Parking is a bit tricky in this area, but that’s the case for all houses in this neighborhood. Location is great, quick to downtown or expo center. Loved it, would definitely recommend.

Great Old Louisville Location

This house was a perfect spot for a long weekend with friends. It is very clean, well appointed and a quick drive to downtown. There a a few walkable neighbor hood restaurants - we went to Old Louisville Tavern twice. A lot of thought has gone into making this home very welcoming and short-term stay ready.

Perfect family vacation

The location was great..close to everything we wanted to do and restaurants. The house was beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. We also felt safe at all times and Jane was wondering to work with. We will for sure be back if we are ever in Louisville again. Thank you!
