Rental Agreement & Security Hold: Guests must e-sign our rental agreement and Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits. 3) ** STRICT CANCELLATION for DERBY/ Bourbon & Beyond ** 4) Visitors are not permitted unless you make a special request to the host and receive approval. 5) We have exterior surveillance of the front parking area. They are in place for security of guests and the home. We do NOT have interior cameras nor camera in the backyard. 6) We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs for same-day turnarounds. 7) For days without same-day turnarounds, we offer early check-ins and late check-outs at the following rates: $100 for up to 2 hours, $250 for 2 to 4 hours, and a full day's rate for more than 4 hours. 8) Please note that for cancellations of bookings made on platforms other than Airbnb, a Stripe card processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the total refund. 9) Pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs; fees apply)

A gorgous home - bedrooms with sitting areas, 2 staircases, well appointed and very comfortable beds! Street parking was very easy and always had a spot next to the house.
The location to Churchhill Downs is excellent. Was able to an Uber and was there in minutes. Neighborhood was nice and clean also. Nice local bar one block away with excellent food and service (Old Louisville Tavern). The property was very clean and had all the amenities that was listed. We had 2 dogs and plenty of room for both. All the bedrooms had their own TV if you wanted to just relax in your room. A Keurig and drip coffee maker were both furnished with k-pods and coffee also. Although it is located on a somewhat busy street, the house is well insulated and noise level was minimum. Would definitely stay here again and Kapil was very easy to work with.
