The front desk staff that worked the Friday we checked in was wonderful. He knew our girls had just played 2 softball games in the heat and allowed our girls to get in the pool to cool off. However, Saturday's worker was not as wonderful. Our girls had played multiple games on Saturday in the rain and very humid heat. They were immature kicked out of the pool. I understand there are hours but they just wanted to cool off. Our girls are 14 and 15 years old and there was an adult in the pool area. He could have been a little more accommodating!

I booked this specific hotel due to them being pet friendly. The property description on Expedia said the pet fee was $15/night for up to two 25-pound dogs. I called before to make sure my one 50-pound dog would be ok and they said yes. I paid $188 total for a two night stay on Expedia. When I got to the hotel, I was charged another $190! They charged me $60/night for my one dog! Plus a $50 deposit, plus $19 taxes and fees. I did get my deposit back, but I was surprised that I had to pay an extra $120 for my dog. Disappointing and will not be staying there again. Also, the fitness room is awful. They have a weight system, one bike, and one treadmill that does not work(only goes .5mph and you can't turn it up).

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a typical hot hotel breakfast that served everyone. I loved that the staff were updating the trays intermittently. They made sure that everyone was getting fed and food was prepared. The staff was friendly all around and nothing was out of place. I would stay there again!
