Quiet neighborhood in the heart of it all. Tech is just a quick drive up the road. Take a nice stroll to the park that has a huge pond and lots of room for running around. Watch the kids play in the front yard or cook up some barbeque and enjoy the backyard. Shopping, endless restaurant choices, and coffee shops are all within a couple miles.

Inside is sparkling clean and spacious with new couches, mattresses, and a fully stocked kitchen including a coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom; the additional two bedrooms each include a queen bed. The hallway bathroom has a bath/shower combo and tons of counter space. The house has WiFi and a 55” Roku tv in the living area with views from the kitchen and dining table. The front room can be used as an extra sleep space and includes a comfortable queen slumber air sleeper sofa and blackout drapes. There is a barbecue and sitting areas for you to enjoy the spacious backyard.

No parties allowed, no exceptions. Please give advance notice of any extra day visitors or any additional overnight guests (not exceeding 8 people)
No pets due to allergies.

The pictures don’t do this home justice. It’s a wonderful open concept with plenty of living and dining room seating. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need, not to mention great location. We will definitely return to this home on our next Lubbock stay.

I have to imagine this is one of the top rentals in Lubbock. The location is great, as well as the layout of the home. The beds were comfortable, house was clean and well stocked with what we needed. I plan to rent again while my kids are attending TTU.

Several of my family members stayed here while we were in town for a graduation. The home is nice and neat, both in and outside and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of everything and well-equipped. We would recommend this home and would stay there again.

Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved this property! It was the perfect setting for our family during our son’s graduation weekend. The kitchen is large and has most everything you could need. The bedrooms are roomy and had large closets. The front bathroom is amazingly huge and so many were able to share comfortably. All that said, I loved the location just as much! It has very easy access to the loop, Tech, and a multitude of shopping locales and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful at Home

Our host has a beautiful home! So clean and home-y! You definitely feel right at home! Everything was amazing! It was perfect for our family. I Loved the Pillows! 😆 I am always picky about them but these were the best pillows ever! And our Host was so understanding and accommodating with our unexpected delays in our travel times. We were truly greatful 🙏! We definitely want to make this "our place" to come when we are visiting our daughter and grandbabies! Thank you! 🙏
