Dirties Hotel Ive Ever Stayed In

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in! Ants in the bathtub, large black hairs, all sorts of stains on the sheets and pillows, and the floor had stains and was super dirty as well. Propety was in a general state of disrepair and the service wasnt great. I switched rooms and receieved not apology for the state of my first room. The second room wasnt any better. Stay somewhere else!!!

Country Inn Lubbock

Country Inn & Suites was a perfect location for our purpose for visiting Lubbock. Was also close to the Loop. Property was clean; the staff was friendly; room was clean. The breakfast which is complimentary had a variety of choices. Will consider Country Inn again for my stay in Lubbock

Our stay was really good. Very nice hotel. The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows on the bed. They were too soft! Had trouble sleeping on them.

The that I was originally put in had no tv, the phone didn’t work and the A/C was not working when I went back down stairs to ask for a different room they sent 2 people to go check and make sure I was telling the truth. Once it was verified and they were going to switch my room I asked to please be switched on the same floor since my foot is broken but no, they changed me to a different floor and then the keys to my new room wouldn’t work.

The room had stains all over the floor’ walls and even the curtains’ almost like somebody cleaned their hands of blood or ketchup. Our tv had lines on the screen as if someone punched it before leaving’ I had someone exchanged that right away, I didn't want to be responsible for a tv. Also the hindge of the door came off’ I just placed it on the table. All in all’ nice common area and outside area, its just the rooms are kept like a motel 8. I probably won't be staying here again.

1st floor Suite, the person who was assigned to clean room 144 never put towels in the room . I stayed five days and never got the room clean. I also left a note for the cleaning person to please clean the room and to leave towels, but that never did happen. The hotel is a very good hotel to stay at it’s just the cleaning person needs to be spoken to.

I like that it was clean and close to the even we were at for regionals. Downfall, i feel like the walls were too thin, we could hear conversations through the walls/vents. The staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Nothing extravagant, they had eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal, bagles, muffins, toast. It did the job, and cant complain there.

Not happy

The staff was rude and unprofessional. I booked the hotel for my wedding, they called me multiple times on my wedding day and were very rude on the phone even after I told them we wouldn't be checking in until later that night and not right at 3pm. I was very upset about there behavior and won't be staying here again.
