Clean room and hotel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was as expected - basic hot hotel breakfast. The only issue we had was that our curtains were broken and wouldn’t close all the way. So the VERY, VERY bright parking lot lights from the neighboring hotel couldn’t be completely blocked out.

The hotel was extremely clean. I noticed that as soon as I walk into the lobby. The air also was fresh and crisp! Bathrooms were clean.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly front desk on check in. The hotel does need some updates, but was fine for a one night stay while on a road trip.

The gentleman at the desk the evening we arrived was nice. Overall, the hotel is very much in need of a remodel!! It seems very old and somewhat ratty. Our room didn’t get cleaned the day before we checked out. I had to ask for our trash to be removed and for fresh towels. When I let the front desk know that our room hadn’t been cleaned, the person at the front desk, simply looked in the computer and and said “oh yeah, you were supposed to have your room cleaned today.” There was no offer to help make things better; absolutely nothing! I had to specifically ask if someone could please come and empty our trash. I will never ever, ever stay here again, and I will most definitely never, ever recommend it to anyone!

First floor room felt very unsafe with curtains that did not close, lights blared in, screaming in lobby late at night. Elephants upstairs. One hanger for 6ft of hanging space, shower head spray was so wide it rinsed nothing off. Most of the buttons on the remote didn’t work, the lamp shade was upside down…really?!? Gave 2 stars for lobby and breakfast.
