New build out of the Old historic Lubbock Hotel building on Broadway! So easy and convenient to come and go, free parking plentiful and the LBK brewery in the lobby. We found this small goldmine looking for a room during the Texas Tech - BYU weekend what a find! It operates similar to a VRBO entirely online no check in desk in lobby area. Definitely use it again.

It’s a true treasure for Lubbock!

No one to check in. People living in condos helped. Got text after calling explaining how to get in. Text said restaurant across street, no address. Looked on 3 sides, but could not find. Maybe on 4th side but gave up. So no breakfast. Room was wonderful, except remote control on TV was difficult to work. Maid explained how to use it. All was good.

A great choice!

We were visiting Lubbock to go to my niece‘s graduation. This is a unique hotel experience with no lobby and no staff other than in the restaurant downstairs. I liked the self check in. It was in a safe neighborhood and our room was clean and quiet. There was a great coffee shop across the street too.

Very limited parking, we had to circle the hotel 3 times to finally get a spot, the rooms were large and decorated very well, but the sound proofing wasn’t great so there a bit of road noise, the shower was small which was odd for such a large bathroom. Great sheets and towels and the bed was very comfortable, the restaurant in foyer had really great food. There is no contact with anyone to check in or out, it’s all don’t via your phone. The ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for service was because there wasn’t really anyone to rate, check in was easy as was check out but if you have an issue there isn’t anyone to speak to except via text.
