Got checked in, had to slam the door to get it to latch. Bed and room “looked” clean. Took a shower before bed and noticed something didn’t feel right about the floor, looked at the bottom of my feet and they were black from how nasty the floor was. Keep in mind I hadn’t even made it 10 steps out of the bathroom. I’ve stayed in hotels at least 80-100 nights per year and this took the prize for dirtiest. When I pulled the covers back the bed sheets were dirty as well.

Pool was covered. Room 116 smelled and my mother had some bites on her legs, lobby was covered in towels by the window, where it leaks, breakfast was ok but needs bacon or sausage. Appreciate our early check in. Thank You

The room & bathroom had not been clean! Only one wash cloth & only one hand towel for 3 people to use! Ran out of toilet paper!!! No Kleenex in the Kleenex dispenser or bix in the room!!! Our room was updated & could have been nice, but so very dirty! Not worth $139. at all!!

Quality of the room and grounds disappointing

The staff was friendly and amazing, but the rooms are not in great repair. Grounds were also not well maintained. Would be ok for a quick overnight sleep - but not at the price listed.

There was a fight ouside our room ar 2am. People were walking around being loud all night. I could here the conversation of the room next to us as if they were standing in my room.

AUGUST 2ND VISIT.

I was actually surprised that our room was nice. Looks like it had been recently upgraded a few months back. But the property outside and in lobby really need upgrading. If not for my room I would have left. The pool area was very dirty. Weeds needed to be pulled. Crack everywhere. Just old and dingy. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Breakfast was really good and attendant was super nice. Front desk to housekeepers were extremely nice as well. I would stay again.
