The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The shower curtain was dirty and there were visible crumbs in the bedside chair. The refrigerator did not work and maintenance was not available to fix it so we had to store our food downstairs. We were then charged $20 after checkout and when I called to inquire, they said the sheets were damaged. We didn’t even sleep under the sheets or the quilt.

Good Stay

The room was nice. However the shelf wirh our bath towels was covered in dust. The room looked like it hadn't been dusted in quite a while. It looked like there was blood on one wall in the bathroom.

Unpleasant stay

I stayed at the Wyndham hotel on January 24, 2025, for a track event. The carpet was dirty in the first room. Moved to another room. One bed had someone else's hair and the other had pee stains. I was promised that I would be refunded for one of my nights because I checked out a day early because I was told that they didn't have any rooms available. I have yet to receive a refund.

There was trash piled outside every trash can inside, and along the hallways outside doors. The room itself was filthy, hair EVERYWHERE, stains on the sheets, what bothered me most was they gave us one key upon check in and when we got to our room it was OPEN! The deadbolt was extended so the door would Not close. I understand they explained housekeeping leaves these open by accident sometimes and it was “human error” but I found so many unsettling things wrong with this. A. Train your housekeeping staff better B. Do they have some sort of system worked out where they are letting people “use” rooms prior to guests checking in? C. Someone could have been in the room waiting for us to come in? People are too crazy nowadays you just never know. The room looked like it hadn’t actually been deep cleaned since it opened, everything was filthy and there were multiple peoples hairs everywhere and stains on the linens and bedskirts. I will never stay at this chain again and will opt for my our normal chains.

Our room was clean, however, the common areas needed attention. The breakfast was by far the worst. It was filthy, with trash overflowing, trash on the counters, waffle mix frozen, juice machine out of order, etc. it appeared to be a staffing issue-understaffed! The walls in our room are very thin…could hear the entire midnight conversation with our neighbors next door. Hallways were loud also. But the staff at checkin were kind and polite and our room was decent.

Unclean Rooms and Lobby

The hotel is in a decent part of town so I figured it would be fine for a one night stay. BUT I was wrong. When we arrived to our room at check in the door was cracked open because it was broken and had to be forced shut. The bathroom was disgusting. The sink was clogged and would not drain and was standing water in the bowl with gross hair and slime residue. The shower had hair everywhere that wasn’t ours. The bed was made with fresh linens so I know it had been “cleaned”. The curtains were broken and you couldn’t fully close the blinds. It looked like someone had forced them shut one too many times. There were foot prints in the hall way from mud and wet feet the entire time we were there. The pool was literally freezing. I am disappointed because usually I have had good luck with Wyndham. We did not eat breakfast because I just couldn’t bring myself to with everything being so dirty. I will not be returning or using Wyndham again for a verrrry long time.

Room was decent, customer service lacking.

The room was clean but I did have an issue with amenities. The bathroom was supplied with 3 bath towels and no wash cloths for my family of 5. I went to the front desk to ask for a couple more towels. The guy at the desk acted like 3 towels was plenty and refused to provide any more. I have been a repeat customer to this hotel, needless to say I wont be going back.

The hotel was decent for the money spent. The room however was not very clean. You can see where they did quick patch work throughout our intire room. The staff was great when I dealt with them and breakfast was good.
