Convenient and comfortable hotel in Lubeck

Nice hotel, great for a couple of nights. The quadruple/ family room is very tight with a double room they have out extra beds in. Not much space to move but fine for a night or two

The air conditioning was broken and the room was too hot to sleep. You couldn’t open the small window as it was so noisy outside. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff nice. But we didn’t sleep at all. Kids running up and down the hallways. Awful stay.

The hotel is nice and newly renovated. The breakfast was great. My only complaint is that because restaurants close so early in Germany we found ourselves without any access to food upon our arrival. The hotel offers nothing. They should at least have sandwiches or fruit or bread options for those arriving later than 9:30pm. We walked the city looking for open restaurants but found none and we ended up going to bed hungry. Since the hotel is aware of this, they should have options for late arrivals.

It was difficult to sleep with an open window due to the train station being so close. You can hear the trains roll by all night, so window would need to be closed when staying here. Otherwise nice room, great bed, very fresh.

Mauvaise expérience

Layla la fille de la réception es raciste et me l’a bien fait comprendre en me disant plusieurs fois qu’ici ont es en Allemagne. Elle es vulgaire, hautaine et ne respecte personne. Sinon dans l’ensemble le reste du personnel es très professionnel gentil, aimable, serviable que ce soit l’équipe de jour ou l’équipe de nuit.

God beliggenhed

Lang kø ved indcheckning men venlig personale. Standard værelse med god madras/seng. Nem udcheckning. Hotellet ligger tæt på banegården og man kan parkere ved DB parkering for kun 6€ pr døgn som ligger lige ved siden af hotellet. Ca 10 min gang til Alte Stadt. Nemt og bekvemt

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, ist sauber und hat ein schönes Foyer mit Happy Hour. Das sind die positiven Seiten. An der Rezeption gab es keine Informationen, zum Beispiel über Frühstück (wo und wann), das WLAN-Passwort, den Aufzug (nur mit Zimmerkarte nutzbar) oder die zusätzlichen Handtücher und Kopfkissen, die versteckt waren und die wir erst suchen mussten. Mein größtes Problem war jedoch die Luftsituation im Zimmer: Die Fenster lassen sich nur kippen, und die Klimaanlage konnte das nicht ausgleichen. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, aber für meine Essgewohnheiten eingeschränkt – meinem Partner hat es dagegen sehr gut gefallen.
