We spent a happy week at the hotel as a base for a family reunion. Easily walkable into Lucca, parking easy outside and with overflow, and nice breakfast in the patio. Friendly staff with great recommendations. Only complaint is that rooms are rather basic, could use a refresh.

Confortevole e molto pulito

Prenotato pernottamento con colazione per vedere un concerto in piazza, ci si arriva anche a piedi in pochi minuti, attraversando bellissime vie del centro storico quindi in buona posizione, arredamento moderno e funzionale, molto pulito, personale cortese e disponibile. Buona la colazione, piccola ma varia, sia di dolce che di salato. Soggiorno breve ma molto confortevole.

L'albergo necessita decisamente di un ammodernamento. la camera era minuscola e appena entrato sentivo un cattivo odore di chiuso. La colazione era a parte, ma arrivato in struttura mi dicono che dopo il Covid non hanno più attivato il servizio colazione. Vicino c'è una pasticceria, purtroppo chiusa il giorno in cui ero lì.

Ho prenotato un soggiorno di lavoro in questo hotel, ma poi sono stato dirottato in un altra struttura a 2 stelle. L'hotel era chiuso ma la proposta su Hotels era disponibile. Situazione poco seria. Per motivi di orario ho dovuto accettare, ma eviterei. Tra l'altro ho pagato la stessa cifra (poco onesti). Peccato

Meget venligt personale - ca. 10 min på gå-ben fra Lucca. Trygt område. Rent. Køleskab på værelse. Lille værelse, men fint til os. Morgenmaden: der var hvad der skulle være af kaffe, juice, brød og frugt. Man kunne sidde i en lille hyggelig gårdhave og spise. Hotellet laver gode aperol spritz 😉
