The apartment is renovated from an old attic located in an art nouveau building. The owners have transformed it into an elegant attic equipped with all comforts. The décor is characterized by the right balance between modern and old that makes it friendly and allows you to enjoy a pleasant stay for all your needs.
The apartment overlooks the famous medieval walls that enclose the old city, within walking distance and easy reach on foot or by bicycle.
It consists of two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with adjoining kitchen and a loft with a sofa bed.
It also comes with free wifi internet access, satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped and linen service is included.
From the apartment you can reach the city centre in just five minutes walk.
It is walking distance from the railway and bus station (200 m).
The apartment is easily reachable from the motorway and has a public car park nearby with charging station for electric cars (distance 100 m 8€ 24 hours). It is currently free until December 31st.
The owners are happy to welcome you with a bottle of wine from their own production and all the tourist information that will interest you.

Confortable et bien situé

Appartement confortable et trÚs proche à pied du magnifique centre historique de la ville de Lucca. TrÚs propre à notre arrivée, climatisé ( 3Úme étage sous les toits sans ascenseur) avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Deux bémols: l'appartement est trÚs bruyant: au pied d'un boulevard trÚs fréquenté, et tous les parkings alentours sont payants: le plus proche et moins cher: comptez 8 euros par jour.(payant de 8h à 20h: les tickets sont payables au jour le jour, veillez à y aller chaque matin avant 8h pour éviter une amende de 40 euros).

Un superbe séjour à Lucca

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, l'appartement est magnifique, digne d'un trÚs bel hÎtel, meublé avec goût et de trÚs belles finitions. Renata est adorable, toujours aux petits soins avec ses hÎtes (mise à disposition d'un lit bébé avec beau linge, mise à disposition d'un lit d'appoint pour mon fils de 5 ans), avec de trÚs bons conseils. Pratique, un parking est à proximité de l'appartement. TrÚs bien situé, en face d'une des entrées dans le centre historique de Lucca. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et nous retournerons avec plaisir passer quelques jours dans la trÚs belle vile de Lucca !

Superbe appartement au pied d'une ville charmante

Lucca est une ville charmante et raffinĂ©e ceinturĂ©e par une muraille de 4 km, incontournable! Renata et son mari nous ont accueillis pour nous prĂ©senter ce trĂšs bel appartement dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t, trĂšs propre, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, avec deux belles chambres spacieuses Ă  la literie impeccable. Ils ont partagĂ© avec nous leur carnet d'adresse et les recommandations de bonnes tables, nous avons Ă©tĂ© enchantĂ©s par leur accueil d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande gĂ©nĂ©rositĂ©. Nous avons adorĂ© flĂąner dans la ville de Lucca, se promener sur les remparts (Ă  pied ou Ă  vĂ©lo Ă  l'ombre des arbres longeant le sentier, merveilleux!). Cet appartement est aussi un point de dĂ©part idĂ©al pour visiter la ville de Pise, les Cinque Terre (Superbes!), Florence et toute la Toscane. (la gare est situĂ©e Ă  300 mĂštres) Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le parking situĂ© Ă  100 mĂštres de l'appartement (8€/jour) qui nous a permis de poser la voiture et de profiter de cette magnifique ville Ă  pied. Superbe sĂ©jour!

Juste Parfait !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement, qui est une vraie perle ! Il est encore plus beau que sur les photos, et rien ne manque. On s'y est senti immédiatement trÚs bien. Nous avons bénéficié des précieux conseils de Renata et de son mari sur Lucca et sur les environs, ainsi que ceux du livret disponible dans l'appartement. Lucca est une ville magnifique (et l'appartement y est idéalement situé), et est trÚs pratique pour rayonner dans la région (Florence, Pise, les cinque terre, etc.) A recommander sans aucune réserve !

De magnifiques vacances !!!

Renata et son mari nous ont trÚs chaleureusement accueillis à Lucques (merci pour le gùteau au citron qui était délicieux !) Ils ont été de trÚs bon conseil quant à la visite de Lucques et aux différentes excursions que nous avions projetées de faire (déplacements, parkings, adresses,...tout cela nous a été trÚs utile). Une mention spéciale pour la pizzeria Da Ninni: un vrai régal !!! L'appartement est trÚs spacieux, confortable, fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Appartement magnifique, correspond totalement aux photos et informations donnĂ©es. Renata et son mari sont trĂšs accueillants et avenants. Nous avons eu le plaisir de dĂ©guster le merveilleux gĂąteau de Renata Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, une trĂšs gentille attention. Ils nous ont donnĂ© de bonnes adresses et conseils pour les visites et restaurants et avaient mĂȘme prĂ©parĂ© un lit pour notre bĂ©bĂ© sans que nous l'ayons demandĂ©. The apartment is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful city of Lucca, it’s only a 5 minute walk to get into the city through the walls. Absolutely Perfect

What a perfect apartment! We loved our home away from home while in Lucca. Renata was so helpful during check in (her husband even helped with our bags), giving us great recommendations and helping us book a table for dinner one night. The apartment is probably the best vacation rental we have stayed in. Super clean, well stocked and so stylishly decorated. Location was outstanding - close parking for the car and right across the street from the historic center. Would absolutely stay here again and can’t recommend it highly enough for others.

Casa Emma and our lovely hosts in Lucca provided us with quintessential Tuscan experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four very special days at Casa Emma- a beautifully appointed and extremely well maintained historic property directly adjacent to the old walled city of Lucca. Our kind hosts were warmly welcoming and extremely helpful without being in any way intrusive. They assisted us with suggestions for a lovely bike tour around the walked city, a glorious Puccini concert in the nearby Oratoria, a delicious locally sourced dinner at Buca di Sant'Antonio, and with arrangements for the most incredible cooking class with a marvelous local instructor, Silvia Guerrini. They ensured we had everything we needed for a truly memorable stay. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time in Lucca, and can't wait to return to Casa Emma!

Our stay was very nice. The location was easy to find and close to so much. A small challenge was, the host needed to be there to give us the keys, not a code, so we had to arrange a specific check in time, it worked out ok. The apartment was on the top floor of the building so a number of flights of stairs to get there. Our host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment and in Lucca. Would highly recommend.

Renata und ihr Mann sind großartige Gastgeber. Zur BegrĂŒĂŸung gab es eine FĂŒhrung durch die Wohnung und einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft zu 100% zu. Seife, Shampoo, Duschzeug, Kaffee, GewĂŒrze, SpĂŒlmittel etc. sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, um Lucca und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sowohl mit dem Auto, als auch mit dem Zug sind alle wichtigen StĂ€dte in der Umgebung gut zu erreichen. Zur Information und Orientierung gibt es eine liebevolle gestaltete BroschĂŒre mit Tips zu Restaurants oder AusflĂŒgen, Ärzten in der Umgebung etc.

Top Unterkunft in Lucca

Wir, zwei Paare, haben uns in Renatas Apartment sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Hervorzuheben sind hier die einwandfreie Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung der Wohnung, die Lage und das herzliche Willkommen der Gastgeberin. Renata hat uns mit Restaurant Tipps versorgt und uns verraten, wo man das beste Eis bekommt. Von der Wohnung aus, kann man den Bahnhof innerhalb 5 Gehminuten erreichen. Von dort aus fahren ZĂŒge nach Pisa, Florenz, Viareggio etc. Unkompliziert und kostengĂŒnstig. An der Wohnung selbst befindet sich kein Parkplatz, aber man kann zum Ausladen kurz vor dem Haus halten und dann das Auto auf den 100m entfernten Parkplatz stellen. Das Parken dort kostet 8€ am Tag. Bitte unbedingt darauf achten, nicht die Taste fĂŒr die Anwohner zu drĂŒcken. Wir wĂŒrden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen und können es ohne EinschrĂ€nkungen weiterempfehlen.

Amazing host!

Location perfect, just a quick stroll down from the train station, short walk into the walled city (across the street). Walk for groceries, dinner and sightseeing. Host and her family wonderful! (Special thank you to Valentina for helping our grown kids experience fun in Lucca!💕) There are a lot of stairs to get in. If you are unable to do that, this is not the location for you. But for everyone else, stay here!!! Probably favorite vrbo ever!! Thank you Renata!! Amazing, amazing, amazing!!!

Lovely Place to be

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Lucca. Das zauberhafte Appartement "Casa di Emma" hat eine perfekte Ausgangslage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt.
