- Kitchen: we have everything need to cook or have breakfast. There is a teapot, a toaster, a kettle, a large fridge with freezer, a multifunctional oven and all other necessities.

There is a private garden on front / back of the house, a barbecue and a patio suitable for breakfast or lunch outdoors. The residence is around a beautiful shared garden where is located the large pool 7x14 mt (height from 1.20 mt to 1.40 mt)
