Hotel is clean and staffs are friendly! It is close to station and most places, very convenient. Special thank to the gentleman at reception desk, who helped us order taxi! Uber is not very popular here.

Request ignored

This was a very nice hotel, but I booked months in advance and requested two twin beds as I was staying with my mother. I ended up sleeping on the floor because they didn’t organise two twin beds. Very disappointed after a long drive. My back is hurting today and I paid $360AUD for one night

Nice hotel but room was very hot on fourth floor. They told us the only way to cool it down was to open the windows. Too noisy at night to keep them open while sleeping

Because there was no air conditioning, we had to open windows (it does cool off nicely at night) and leave drapes open. Room was facing the square and a huge construction project was going on next door. If we managed to fall asleep over the noise of the small room fan provided by the hotel, we were awakened in the very early morning by the incredible noise of hammering, trucks, cranes, delivery vehicles—you get the picture. This started at 6 am. Probably got a very light 6 hours of sleep in two nights. Room was huge, had an extra twin bed? Okay bathroom. Front desk staff efficient. Couldn’t wait to check out and get a good nights sleep anywhere else. PS: I always check for elevators and AC when I book hotels overseas. I like the small boutique hotels for their charm and character. I might have missed the lack of air but . . . This hotel also lacked charm and character. Ver, very disappointing.
