Location is convenient to train station and old town areas. Friendly staff, free local bus pass provided at check in, and the staff cleaned a room quickly so we could check in early after a long night flight… highly recommend.

THE hotel location was good but the amenities in the room were scarce. The AC did not work well The room was hot and humid I asked to please have technician look at it but it never cooled down. Was hard to sleep witj the room so warm

The location was good, although farther away from the train station than I expected. It was like a European version of a Motel 6. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. But a few requests (like an extra towel) relieved some bad attitude. Not worth the price we paid.

A Great Location Close To Lake Lucerne

The room was a good size but with a rather bland in design. The bed was large and comfortable. The AC seemed to struggle to maintain temperature and was quite loud. The shower also had a couple of issues. First was that, like the AC, the temperature control didn’t work very well. The water temperature would vary from luke warm to uncomfortably hot at times - without you adjusting it. Also the shower had two opening corners that were missing gaskets at the bottom so a lot of water ended up on the floor unless you were very careful. The location of the hotel made it easy visit a lot of tourist spots on foot. The included breakfast was reasonably good. The items were oddly distributed so you had to look for things that would normally be together e.g. butter near the bread.

The room had a strange odor that lingered throughout our stay, which made it uncomfortable. The hallway carpets looked old and poorly maintained. Breakfast was very minimal and underwhelming. For $350 a night, It’s not the best value. The folks in the reception are really good though.

Quiet location, near lion monument. Much further from main train station, but easily accessible by bus. Room is big, lotsa walking space even with 2 double beds

The area was very convenient. Close to sites and transportation. It was not as clean as we would have liked and we missed little ammenities like irons. While not the fault of the property, we were awakened by very loud patrons in the middle of the night. Staff did address this. Continental breakfast was very good.

For our room the AC vents were not distributed evenly so only part of the room was getting cool. The breakfast was good even for vegetarian guests. The dining area is accessible even in the evening so guests can enjoy take away dinner.

Staff nice. Room big. Coffe downstairs so good. Foosball in waiting room , nice. Location was perfect for us! Near a mcdonalds for our kiddos. Cheapest foood around:-)
