Heat was out and the room was freezing. No blow drier. Cleanibg stsff was reslly nice but iur room was next door to the storage room so the door was loudly closing constantly wsking us up.

Nice hotel. Room was very small with an odd layout. Bathroom was up 3 stairs from the foot of the bed. So weird. Otherwise, it was quiet, beds were comfy and the place is super clean.

Great location and easy check-in process. The room was very warm and stuffy, even though the temperatures outside was cooler in the 50’s F. This made the sleeping condotions very uncomfortable.

My go to hotel in Lucerne. It's extremely close to the train station, the Chapel Bridge, and old town. The staff is friendly and the hotel is always well maintained. I wish breakfast was included or a more affordable price point if it's not, but otherwise it's a great spot.

Decor and furniture in less than typical price range of this room, but the room was clean. Heater did not work and needed portable heater. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent as well as proximity to the train station
