Property was well stocked and plenty of room for family of four. Pool was very nice and clean. Unit is close to the road so the noise of cars going by was noticeable in front bedroom. If you pretend it is ocean waves that will help to sleep. We had to call vacasa twice - one toilet seat was cracked when we arrived so we reported it. Also the listing mentions tennis so we brought all our stuff but there is no tennis court on property. We called vacasa and the attendant said she had no idea, didn't know if there was another place we could go to. She said she would ask her team and call me back but no one called. Listing needs to be corrected. We would stay here again.

Great stay for a ski getaway

Overall this is a nice condo in a great location in Ludlow for a ski trip to Okemo. It’s great to have a fireplace to warm up with after a day on the slopes. Only complaint is that when we arrived there were crumbs on the counter and a puddle on the floor. It didn’t look like there had been much cleaning beyond tidying up. We cleaned off the counters ourselves and wiped up the floor. Aside from a few minutes of cleaning we invested at the start of the trip, we had a great stay. Overall would recommend for a stay in Ludlow, particularly for a ski trip.

Issues with Checkin and Cleanliness

Property was fine. And most rooms clean. But kitchen had issues like coffee grounds in coffee maker, Garbage disposal clogged with poorly draining sink. And dryer lint filter overflowing. Checkin was a mess. Key not in lockbox. Vacassa not answering phone call for help. Finally got thru and Backup lockbox also empty. Handyman arrived in reasonable time to let us in but that was after 60 minutes hanging outside in 30degree weather.

Wake to a view of Okemo

Absolute delight! Total excess for just a solo traveler, but I enjoyed the cozy bed, lounge chairs, a nightly fire and a kitchen with all the accessories. Ceiling fans are always a plus for sleep. Second floor level keeps noise down. I hope to stay here each time I come to ride at Okemo!
