An exellent stay in beautiful house and interesting region

It was a super staying there in Istra at the very good holiday house. Started with a very kind welkome: Vesna - the neigbour who care the house -has met us at the place with some homemade snacks (ham and cheese and wine and biska) and gave all the necessary explanations about the house. In the evening our charming mistress Jelena has visited us with a welcome visit and brought a hole basket of her own wine) But this means more less then a hospitality and cordaility they met us and it was not surprising that we had stay together untill late... About the house it’s nothing to say: it was like a home. Very well equipped, many of nice details, all was think over with care. I think it was one of the best homes we’ve ever hired for more then 20 years. And the place itself is charming - quiet (village Vranja counts only 50 habitants), only birds wake you up in the morning. The view on the mountains is beautiful but they don’t close the sun)). This point is very convinient to visit all the peninsule. -our most long trip was only 70 km and we’ve look over all the Istria with it’s small charming villages and already bourgeois sea stations. The reagion is very wonderful and has a big tourist potential, in every place you visit you can see something interesting. There are several big supermarkets not too far from the house as well as a small market shop in the village. In a one word - it’s worth to be there, I think nothing can compare with such a warm welcome. We remind oftenly our evenings with Vesna and Jelena with their home wine and a discussions about the country, local customs and each other. I would like to say again a big thanks to Jelena for a real care about us and for such a wonderful satying with her and pass my best to Vesna) Hope we’ll be back one day to inspect a new changes (like a jacuzzi))) and to discuss some enjoying the beautiful view and the cordial company. Our best wishes to Jelena and her family!

Wir hatten einen sehr schöne entspannte Woche. Die EigentĂŒmerin Jelena ist ein Schatz. Sie hat fĂŒr uns einen traumhaften Tag in einer einsamen Bucht organisiert. Wir konnten bei Ihr Abendessen bestellen, welches von Vesna gekocht und serviert wurde. Sie ist eine tolle Köchin. Alles im Haus war perfekt. Der Pool zu jeder Tageszeit eine Erfrischung. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.❀

Perfect house for vacation with friends or family

A great house and perfect location within the Ucka nationalpark. If you plan to recreate within the nature and travel through Istria, this a perfect go-to location. Moreover, Jelena and Davor are perfect hosts! I totally recommend this house which is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. We enjoyed each and every day during our stay.

Urlaub in einer Oase der Ruhe und des Komforts

Wie im Prospekttext und den Bildern angegeben handelt es sich um eine großzĂŒgig und komplett ausgestattete sehr gerĂ€umige und fast neue Villa im mediterranen Stil. Große ĂŒberdachte Terrassen nach Westen und Osten und ein Pool mit Liegewiese in SĂŒdlage sind nur einige der Highlights des Objekts. Ein liebevoll eingerichteter Spielplatz mit SeerĂ€uberschiff, Rutsche, Trampolin etc. bietet ein Paradies fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern. Auch wir - zwei Ă€ltere Ehepaare mit großem Hund - haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Sehr freundliche und persönliche Betreuung durch die Hausbesitzer Davor und Jelena. DafĂŒr nochmals besten Dank und voll verdiente 5 Sterne! ***** Grographisch von bis zu 1400 Meter hohen Bergen umgeben in einem grĂŒnen Tal gelegen kann man von diesem Ferienhaus innerhalb einer Fahrstunde nahezu alle touristisch besonders attraktiven Ziele auf der Halbinsel Istrien erreichen. Tips zu den einzelnen Touren gibt es bei Davor und Jelena.

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub, die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen, wir wurden mit GemĂŒse, Kuchen und Wein versorgt :) Leider war das Wetter nicht ganz so wie gewĂŒnscht, aber wir haben es uns trotzdem schön gemacht und konnten die Tage fĂŒr viele AusflĂŒge nach Rovinj, Optaija usw nutzen. Urlaub im Oktober 2019

Das Haus ist perfekt fĂŒr eine große Familie oder 2 kleine. Wir waren im Oktober mit 4 Kindern dort und haben das Haus, den Pool und die wunderschöne Landschaft Kroatiens sehr genossen. Most relaxing summer Holidays

The house is perfect in every way and our host Jelena could not be more friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and our hosts had thought about everything - from the welcome plate with ham and cheese and a bottle of wine already chilled and waiting in the fridge to the fresh fruits and vegetables we got weekly, each time when Jelena's husband came for the regular pool maintenance. The house itself is very well thought through, with its two terraces, the nice and big rooms and the big living space. The air-conditioning works perfectly well, but with the aluminum stores that kept the heat out, we did not even need it that much. In the kitchen you find everything you need and can think of to prepare meals and there is also a big barbecue available. There was nothing I could complain about, but even if, I have no doubt that our hosts would have provided a quick solution. Thank you very much Skropeta Family for being such considerate and friendly hosts.

Wunderschönes Haus in mitten von Natur und WÀldern

Das Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage ist Bestens ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts! Die Vermieter und auch die Nachbarin waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns mit ihrer herzlichen und sehr hilfsbereiten Art ĂŒberwĂ€ltigt! Wir können das Haus in jedem Fall uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic villa in beautiful peaceful location.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Mare & Monti and would thoroughly recommend it to families and groups looking for a modern well equipped villa in a beautiful peaceful location. We loved the pool and gorgeous scenery, eating meals on the terrace with the backdrop of the mountains. The house was really well equipped with everything we needed, had excellent air conditioning and felt really comfortable and welcoming. Our host Jelena could not have been more helpful with lots of advice of places to visit. There was a bottle of wine and plate of local ham and cheese waiting for us when we arrived and Jelena even brought us a big bag of fresh vegetables from her garden! Istria is a lovely part of Croatia with lots to do, particularly if you are into outdoor activities like walking, cycling and zipwires! Since it was so hot, our kids were more than happy just playing in the garden, jumping on the trampoline and splashing about in the pool. There were loads of inflatable toys to play with in the pool which kept them occupied. Thank you Skropeta family for your hospitality and a lovely holiday!

Einfach nur toll!

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Besonders der Ausflug mit deren Boot zu einem versteckten Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vom Pool waren nicht nur die Kinder begeistert. Das großzĂŒgige GrundstĂŒck begeisterte vor allem den Hund. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, modern eingerichtet und sehr gemĂŒtlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Haus liegt zentral in Istrien, von wo aus man die KĂŒsten innerhalb von 30-60 Fahrminuten erreichen kann. Der Urlaub war sehr schön und entspannend. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Wonderful place

The house has everything you need to make you feel comfortable. Trampoline is a highlight for the kids. There's a fire pit and lots of outside seating options. Very quiet area, which is great when you want to avoid busy tourist places. We enjoyed our visit very much!
